I ordered an arrangement for Mother's day to be delivered to my Mom while I was out of town. The delivery was missed on Saturday so I reached out to the company full expecting to get zero response. HOWEVER, the owner reached out to me on Sunday (although they were closed) and made a special delivery to my mom that day to make sure she received her arrangement.
Thank you Brown Floral for going above an beyond to make this correction. It made mine and my Mom's day!

My fiance loved the flowers! She was very surprised and overjoyed to have fresh, beautiful flowers delivered right to her work! The pictures she sent me did look very close to exactly how they looked online, so I was pleased to see that. Great job! I will be using you again in the future!

Stopped by on impulse to get a big arrangement for my wife. They were super helpful, and they put the whole arrangement together while I waited. It was only about a 10-15 minute wait, and I left super happy with what they did. I'm not a flower expert, but it was a dozen roses, some lily'sand other stuff haha. They were patient despite my ignorance. Left with something beautiful as well as a smile on my face. Would recommend!

The staff here are so sweet & helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. (It's also fascinating to learn that this is the oldest operating business in Jackson County!) I can't recommend them enough for all of your floral needs.

Sarah and her team did a phenomenal job!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were there when I needed them EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I had a small wedding, but their flower arrangements made a world of difference. Our flowers were the finishing details that made our wedding day perfect!
