  Kennedy & Associates consistently went above and beyond to successfully settle my case. I am very happy with the outcome. They have a diverse team with a broad skillset of deep talents and experience. Bill has the utmost integrity and always encouraged me to be honest throughout every turn of the case while providing guidance on how to achieve that without undermining the substance of the situation to a cutthroat defense. The defense was vicious. I don't know how the defense counsel can sleep at night and I was relieved to have Kennedy & Associates battling it out for me. My only regret is not meeting Bill's team sooner. Their communication is exceptional. Although their case load is large, I was always able to get quantitative, substantive, replies in less than 48 hours, and often immediately. The initial consult was free and their rates are consistent with industry norms. They were always transparent and accurate with cost and risk estimates. There were no false promises or hidden fees. They were quite amiable and pleasant to me. I would not even wait until you are involved in an accident to seek out and retain such a team of dedicated professionals. If you own a company, it is good to associate with people who have 30 years of experience in the field, like Bill. He has definitely made a substantial contribution to the community here. Certainly, call them before you talk to anybody's insurance adjuster. I am thankful everyday for their help and hope you have an opportunity to work with them too because it was a rare treat indeed.

  I was involed in a car accident 2 years ago this Law Office was great the case was settled very quick I was very pleased. They are well organized they return you’re phone calls same day they document everything. Thank you Bill and Jessica and to all of those in the office you all were amazing I highly recommend them.

  Amazing Attorneys both Mr.Armand and Mr.William. All the girls are friendly and get back to you with any doubts or questions you might have. There Office Manager Jessica is Awesome she is extremely knowledgeable and follows up with a call or text even on her days off. Thank you for my fighting for my case and winning 100%!

  Id just like to say..that law office of kennedy & associate. . has been a great help for me since the beginning jessica which is who ive been speaken with has made sure all my questions were answered and met every one of my expections with a law officeid like to give other people a chance to know understand that if you find your self or a friend in a situation that needs that professional experience give them a call ask for bill Kennedy.hes the man when it comes to putting a team together for you and getting the job done😉
