JEFF at Motorcars Honda worked with us at every turn of the way to ensure we have the most satisfying and smoothest car shopping experience of our LIFE!
Pleasant to work with, reliable and trustworthy, always seeking solutions to deliver the car my wife wanted, a Honda Fit EX-L with all the bells and whistles, and she wanted a yellow, so Jeff made sure to get one for her transported next day from far and away to Cleveland.
JEFF went the extra mile several times over, literally, when on my wife's request he came to pick her up and take her to the dealership to sign the papers. He said he'd be at our house at 12 noon and lo and behold he showed up at Twelve zero zero, sharp on time!
Oh, and everything from first contact to negotiations, credit approval, filing forms, get insurance and have ALL papers ready to sign — everything (!) was done online, saving us a lot of time and hassle!
A beautiful yellow EX-L is sitting in our front yard now, my wife is all smiles and I am happy, so we decided to award Motorcars Honda our "LIKE A DREAM" Certificate, a title that no car dealership has ever received anywhere in the World! :)

Great Honda Service Center. The people there is friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically, Georgiann, she makes sure that you will be satisfied with the service received, finding a good balance between cost, benefits, and safety.
I have been servicing my Accord over there since 2010, no issues so far, the car is running like silk.
The cost, yes is kind of high, but in line with the average market when it comes to professional certified automotive service.

I had received service at Motorcars before and was really happy with my experience, so I decided to stop by the sales floor when I suddenly found myself needing a new car. It had been a stressful week, but Michael Lesko made me feel really comfortable with the process. He wanted to understand my and my husband's lifestyle to fit us with the best car for us specifically. There was no sales pitch -- just three people talking about car features and preferences and trips out west! We were looking for a safe and reliable used car for our son to use for school. We were not going to buy the greatest and most expensive car on the lot, just a good used car. Our salesman was Tyler Gilles. I have to say he was very good and a welcome break from typical car salesmen. He did not pressure us and was very willing to hear us out on our scope and goals. We never felt like he was up-selling us. He helped us find a good used Civic and was very easy work with throughout the process of sorting our trade and taking care of some minor work the new(er) car needed. There was never a feeling of frustration or hurry even when details of the transaction changed midway through the process. Honest, pleasant and fair process.

I have dealt with Motorcars Honda for several years. Have bought several cars from them. Their service department is great, especially Georgianna. She is the sweetest person and always smiling and happy. I have no complaints except one. The tire pressure light keeps coming on and they can't seem to get it fixed. Not a big deal but very annoying. Other than that they're the best and I'll be getting another car there next year.

Motorcars has definitely elevated the dealership experience. I was able to try out their new express service line, which is a must-see! Not only was it fast, but I could follow my car's servicing every step of the way. Very cool and very informative! Even for how quick my service was, I still had time to grab one of their complimentary cookies for the road!

I live in the Buffalo area and I called them because they had a used MINI I was interested in. I was put through to Michael Lesko and he checked on it and informed me it was sold. Unfortunately they didn't have any others so we said our goodbyes. The next day Michael called me back to let me know the financing fell through for the other guy, so I asked him to hold the car for me and we hit the road. He told me what items he would need me to bring and I was able to email some of them to him before I even left. I arrived at the dealership around 4:30, he had the car all ready for me to test drive it. While we were waiting on the paperwork he showed us the high tech service department and the very nice customer waiting area. Once all the paperwork was filled out I was on the road around 8:30 that night with my new MINI! Michael & the financing gentleman (I can't remember his name) were very professional and friendly. Michael is very easy to talk to and such a friendly hard working person. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, near or far.
I also have to note that their dealership was really cool. They run a fully automated-style shop and run off of solar power!

Besides this dealership being one of the coolest looking ones around, the solar panel roof and creating it's own "Green" energy blows my mind!! Service department is top notch! Was fast and well priced for a dealership. The employees are all helpful and Melissa was very knowledgeable with my Honda Civic and what I needed or could wait a bit on if I had to. Overall I'd go back for all of my service needs with my lease and will be back when my lease is up from another dealership to get one of their!! Keep it up Motorcars!!!

I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately the car I was driving gave me no other option. My parents visited Michael first to do some preliminary work on my behalf (actually unbeknownst to me!) and he made the entire process a breeze. They presented him with a budget and an idea of what we were looking for and he gave them a list with some great options. Of course the car I decided I liked best had just come into the dealership and was not scheduled to be ready to show for another five days or so. I was planning on going the next night with my parents to see what they'd found. Michael had that car ready to go by the time I got there (approx 24 hours later) and worked out a very fair deal for us. There was still one item that needed to be addressed and by the time I had the car he had a service scheduled for a few days later and even picked it up at my job and left me with a loaner. Michael basically dropped everything he was doing and gave us his undivided attention over a two day period. He handled everything in the most professional manner, but with a great sense of humor! He made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I am grateful for my experience with Michael and I LOVE my car!!! I would absolutely recommend him to my friends!
