Well first I believe you treat your employees who work for you with the most respect no matter the circumstances no one deserves to be picked on or bullied or not helped. Sad to say this owner is petty. You can't get far with the way you treat your employees they are your company. Sad situation. Just sad.

We stayed two nights. King bed was hard and the pillows were very small, come on king beds should have at least two regular sized pillows. breakfast was ok but not kept full and you had to wait.

Often stay here when I am in the area. Always enjoy the free breakfast, which is why I choose here over other nearby hotels. Very easy access to the highway as well as a nearby mall.

Awesome staff! Always available, friendly and willing to help. Clean and comfortable suites, very spacious! Housekeeping staff very professional and friendly. Great breakfast each morning and dining room staff. Had a great weekend.

Great hotel! Very clean rooms, spacious! We had a handicap king bed suite for my disabled son and it was amazing! Zero entry shower with padded seat and pull down shower head, large doors, wide walkways! Very pleased with our room. All 5 of us slept better then our last 4 nights of hotels at high end hotels! Breakfast had a huge selection and the atmosphere here is amazing. People are all so friendly! My kids loved the pool and hot tub as well! Definitely a place to come back to in the future!

This place was exactly what we needed: A quick place to stop off on our drive across country. We checked in at midnight and checked out at 8am, so not too much to report. That being said, breakfast was fine, price was reasonable, and there was a cute pool, though we didn't have time to use it. Also, the workers were great with our two little ones. Only complaint was that the room wasn't completely clean when we came in. It was too late for me to care enough to ask them to do something about it.

This is an awesome hotel with a super nice staff, especially Lance. They were very curtious and polite and go out of their way to be helpful and make sure you have a comfortable stay. Me and my wife stayed here for work we had in the area and we enjoyed our experience here more than we did at a more pricey hotel for our honeymoon.
The hotel is very clean and the staff truly go out of their way for the people who lodge here. We plan to come back to stay here again the next time we need a getaway, this place has become one of our favorite hotels we have ever been to hands down. Good job country inn, if you had more stars for me to rate you I would pick them all. I recommend this hotel for anyone needing a hotel in the area and looking for inexpensive lodging with the same quality of professionalism you would expect from very expensive hotels.response / report this review -

This place was wonderful! Very friendly staff and very clean. We paid for a suite with a pull out couch. There were extra pillows and sheets in the room as would be expected. We called down to the front desk for a crib and a lovely lady brought up a pac-n-play and set it up with sheets. The only thing that kept this from 5 stars was the breakfast that was not fresh or well maintained the day we stayed. We ate around 8 so things had run out with nobody replenishing things.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Do not go to Best Western the hotel next door. This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever met. They make you feel at home. I love Tina and Georgina!!!! The breakfast is phenomenal and the pool is super warm. The rooms are huge and super clean! I live in the area and will be coming back again and again just for a fun little weekend get away with my partner :)

Clean rooms and a comfy bed. Perfect for a good night sleep. Of course I never really have a good nights sleep. I just roll around wondering if she is with some other guy. Kissing him like she used to kiss me. I wonder how long it would take for the employees here to find my body. Great complimentary breakfast!
