I don't normally write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience somewhere. Latisha gave me the best massage today. I was having extreme pain in my neck and shoulders and she spent extra time working those areas. I will definitely be back again soon.

Easy to get appointments. Great staff. Prices a tad on the high end for services performed, but have always had good results. Been getting my hair cut here for over 10 years now.

I always look forward to my hair appointment. My hair is straight and very difficult to cut because it shows every little mistake. I have tried different hair salons to find someone that can cut my hair to my liking. Randi at CS West does a fantastic job!

I had an aromatherapy massage with Kim and a spa pedicure with Lucy and was very impressed with both. Even though I arrived a little late because I managed to get lost in Crocker Park, I was treated with kindness and wasn't rushed. I would definitely recommend coming here for a relaxing treat!

I've only ever had my eyebrows waxed at this salon, but the receptionist is always kind enough to work me in for a walk-in appointment. The estheticians are awesome too, very gentle, and very skilled at their craft. Their price is a bit high, but because it's such a good quality wax, I don't mind paying a little more. I will definitely try out their other services in the future!
