Our experience at Audi of Mentor was amazing! My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Marty as our salesman and when I say he was amazing I do mean amazing! Our experience started after a long rainy day of car hunting at numerous lots. We were headed home and it was 5:50pm. Dealerships were closing at 6pm and we decided to just drive through the Audi dealership just for fun. Marty came outside to help us while it was dark and super cold! The entire day it was a fight to get dealers to come outside and show us around. We do understand the weather was nasty but if you want to sell a vehicle you go after the client and that’s exactly what Marty did! At that point my husband kept saying we have to go see Marty! We made an appointment to meet with him a couple days later and Marty wasn’t to pushy or anything. I appreciate Marty so nicely and patiently dealing with our indecisiveness. Marty went above and beyond to make us happy! Because Marty was so amazing we ended up purchasing a vehicle from Audi of Mentor when the entire time we were shopping we had our eyes on Range Rovers! Thanks to Marty, his patience, amazing customer service and humor my husband and I are so happy with our decision. Go see Marty at Audi of Mentor! Thanks Marty!!!

I found my 2016 Lexus CT on the Penske website that led me to Audi Mentor and Nicole Wilhelm, my Sales Associate. From the start she treated me well and answered all my questions. She even sent me current pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me same day. Due to living in another state, my process was a little long but she was very patient with me throughout my purchase. She even arranged for it to be delivered. I am so happy with my purchase. I have friends that still live in the area and will steer them to this dealership. Excellent service. Thank you so much!

I've just purchased my first Audi (an S5 Sportback) from Mentor Audi. My experience was even more delightful than I anticipated, and my sales representative (Steve Armstrong) was a key part in that. Everyone there seemed genuinely intent on meeting my requests. I ordered the vehicle with my preferred options a few months prior to taking ownership, and Steve kept me in the loop all along the way as to the vehicles progress. It was a nice touch, and showed his commitment to my satisfaction. At delivery, Steve was very knowledgeable of the vehicle's functions and in-dash features, and was a great help to getting me on the road. I will definitely return to Mentor Audi for my future needs.

I traded in my 4Runner on a Q5, and was beyond pleased with the staff. I worked with Steve A., but numerous sales associates came and introduced themselves and shook my hand making sure if I needed anything, that I was taken care of. I’ve experienced plenty of dealerships, but this one in particular was the best experience as far as customer service goes, and ease of purchasing the vehicle. Will definitely be back when it’s time to hop into another vehicle.

Visiting this dealership is like experiencing Christmas! I can't wait to pick up my new car and christen it with my first drive! The salesman was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. I think his name was Chris or Christian. I definitely recommend him!

This dealership is Awesome .I've bought many cars and I have to say buying an Audi from Audi Mentor was pleasant and very satisfying..Dealing with Randy my sales person and Jeff the sales Manager was very easy and enjoyable.. Randy and Jeff were very professional to work with and I got all that wanted for the price I wanted and I'm very demanding when comes to buying a car. My daughter bought an A4 from Audi Mentor a few years ago and described her experience as her dad and that was "Awesome" Both Sales and Service..looking for an Audi ..Go see these guys. Oh! My wife and I love Audi Mentor. Just bought our third car from them and it definitely won't be our last. Salesperson Shawn Galla went above and beyond for me this time and sought out the exact car I wanted (not an easy feat with the RS3). It's not always easy buying a car when you have a 5 year old with you but they made everything simple and got us in and out extremely fast. The service department also deserves 5 stars. They've always taken care of us and keep our cars in tip top shape.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Audi Mentor. I was at the end of my lease with another brand, and had decided to go in a different direction as I was having a hard time ordering my next car through my old dealership.
I Decided to browse Audi of Mentor's website in the chance that I would come across something that would catch my eye on the evening I decided to find a different brand of car. Well, something definitely did, And within an hour of finding the online listing for the car I was interested in, I was on the phone with Shawn Galla, who spent quite some time on the phone telling me about the car and answering all my questions (keep in mind this was all around 8pm, and I had tons of questions). I was immediately impressed with how personable he came across and decided to put a deposit on the car that same evening. Shawn then worked around my busy schedule and stayed later than necessary at the dealership the next day, so that I could come see/test drive the car. In the end, I ended up with an incredible car within less than 24 hours of contacting the dealership. The car was detailed and perfectly prepared for me to take home that night.
I've never had a dealership go through that much trouble to make sure that I had a wonderful experience, especially on such short notice. I was thoroughly impressed with their entire staff, and can't thank Shawn enough for making the experience so great. I will gladly recommend Audi of mentor to all my friends, family, and colleagues, and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.response / report this review -

A true miscarriage of service
Bought an A4 that happened to be burning through oil substantially. Failed the oil consumption test, pistons and rings were covered by Audi of America, for which Audi Mentor was reimbursed. However, the service crew made a mess of the engine- leaving wire harnesses scattered about in the wrong places and the wiring harness to run the heat completely disconnected. Suspiciously, the intake manifold went bad immediately after this service- costing me $600. Also failed to even mention or clean valve deposit buildup in the engine (another $300). Piss-poor for a "certified" dealership.
Additionally, the dealership sold me the car to begin with having knowledge of the problem and lying about the condition of the tires and brakes to maintain margins. 3 of 4 tires were cupped, due to the car being out of alignment. 4 months after purchasing, I need tires replaced, and brakes soon. They also CONVENIENTLY COULDN'T LOCATE ANY OF THE SERVICE/INSPECTION RECORDS. Would not advise going here as I doubt they will take any steps to rectify any problem with your vehicle that are not strictly covered by warranty (for which AoA reimburses). My father is looking into buying an Audi as well and I will strongly advise him against going to any Penske-owned dealership.response / report this review -

Be very careful. Read all of the paperwork. I bought a used car and the finance guy slipped in gap insurance and said that the coverage was "included" with the car. Be aware of sneaky sales tactics, and if they say the car is in great condition don't take their word for it. The car I purchased had a broken radiator and a jerry rigged brake line that could go at any moment. The general manager reimbursed me $500 to help pay for the $640 radiator repair and apologized for the shady salesman.
