Easy, quick, and painless. Will Evans got me my new lease and is a nice guy too. Didn’t feel pressured at all and very happy with my choice.

Had a really great experience! Will Evans was my salesman and did a superlative job ensuring I got the perfect car at the perfect price with a smile. Literally can't say enough. He made the whole process extremely smooth without any of the chicanery that has become cliche as part of the car buying experience. No hidden fees, hard sells or sign nows. Just pleasant straight talk that encouraged questions and showed integrity.
Have a preference like I did for a small detail? Will was overly accommodating and made it happen; could've easily said, sorry can't do that.
I know where I'm going for all my car needs in the future-why mess with success, right?response / report this review -

Came here with coupons for brake job and oil change. Multi-point inspection done showed some other problems. Overall fair prices and not too much sales pressure. You get a list of maintenance items and you can take it elsewhere to shop around.

Mike Gentry was amazing. Our "rough credit" loan process was easier than any other loan I've ever applied for. The Certified Toyota that we bought is in amazing condition! As we pulled out of the dealer late at night after almost everyone was gone, one of the headlights went out - Mike noticed it before we did, drove the car over to the service area himself and changed it for us. Extremely trustworthy guy too, treats everyone as if they were his best customer. Thanks!

Friendly service staff. Comfortable lounge with free hot and cold beverages along with fresh baked cookies. Very nice and down to earth shuttle drivers that will take you to and pick you up from area locations while you wait for your car to be serviced.

Michael was incredibly helpful during the whole process. I never felt pressured. I was asking A LOT of questions, and he was very patient and kind the entire time with me.

Even though I have an Acura I've used this service department for a while.
I pulled in without an appointment and a cover dragging on the ground. I was greeted immediately and without even looking at my car they could hear what the problem was. I was brought very quickly to a advisor, Curtis, who was extremely polite and explained they would see what they could do. Don the service manager could see I was in a hurry and that it was probably and easy fix so he expedited my service. I received a text from Curtis very soon afterwards saying he'd keep me informed of my service and to text him back if I had any questions. Within 40 minutes he found me and said I was all set to go! Michael Guerra helped me buy my first car EVER and the whole experience was very easy and quick. I did some research beforehand and noted that the online price was lower than the store price and he made sure I paid the least expensive option possible. He guided me through every detail of the car and got my paperwork through very quickly. He ended up staying at least 15 minutes after closing just to make sure I had everything in order. Overall excellent expensive!

"My experience at Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Hts. is always great! The service dept. is ready to get my Toyota up to speed and maintained so that when I leave I have no worries about my car having any issues. My service advisor Al Collins is such a great and friendly guy to work with on maintaining my Toyota" He is very detailed about the services and prices. Plus Motorcars are open late during the week until 3am which works well with my work schedule!"

My experience here has been a nightmare. When I was finally able to get in my new car, I realized the car wash I was waiting for never happened. I didn't complain as I was still excited. When driving off the lot, the dash alerted me there was no windshield wiper fluid and I had 45 miles until empty in my gas tank. Frustrated, I stopped to get gas before I could even get home, and that is when I saw the piss-poor paint job on a dent/4 inch scratch on my back bumper. (They assured me it never had any damage-it was a 2016 with 9,000 miles!)
Things have went down hill fast. I drove the car back to the dealership, over an hour away, to have them detail the car and fix the bumper. The salesman blamed service and service blamed the salesman. I was never notified my car was ready. I called multiple lines, numerous times and left detailed messages to see if I could make the hour drive to pick my car up. Finally, 3 hours later I got through and seemed as if my car had been ready in the early morning. When I picked it up a day later, the "detailing" never happened. A light vacuum and they were done!
Fast forward two weeks and I am have problems with the transmission! When I call, I have to leave a message because no human ever answers.
I feel conned. I am disgusted with the integrity at Motorcars Toyota. Do not buy here, unless you live close enough to continuously take it back!response / report this review -

Second time I have purchased a car from Motorcars and pretty sure I will be back again. The staff has always been great to work with, no pressure, no unwanted calls or emails in pursuit of a sale, just friendly people that know what they are doing. I visited 4 other Toyota dealers in the area and no one can compare to what Motorcars offers. I have worked with Stephanie Kariotakis on both occasions and she is an absolute delight and she will be the first person I contact when buying a new car.

Great experience with Stephanie Kariotakis! When we went looking for a new family car, we were pretty sure we wanted a minivan and had it narrowed down fairly quickly. Stephanie was incredibly patient with us as we wanted multiple test drives and had lots of questions. She was also great when it came to working with our schedules and getting back to us via email, phone, and text. We've always had a good experience with Motorcars, and this was no exception.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2017 Toyota RAV4 through Cornelius Stokes. Cornelius was more of an advocate than a salesman. He spent a significant amount of time explaining and setting up the technology in my car. Price negotiation was painless and in the end, I paid exactly what I wanted to pay and qualified for 0% interest. Cornelius even gave me his personal cell phone number and has cheerfully answered my post sale questions. Ask for Cornelius. You'll be happy you did!

Jeff Berlin was a pleasant surprise in the realm of used car sales. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He was highly communicative, and extremely helpful. He worked very hard to streamline the purchase experience and get me in and out quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I highly, highly recommend stopping in to see Jeff if you are looking for a new car. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will be buying it from Jeff at motorcars.
