The room was horribly dirty! There were dead animals in the broken A/C (mouse or squirrel). The TV didn't work properly. The whole place smelled so thick with marijuana smoke that it was hard to breathe. The windows were so dirty that the curtains were not needed for privacy.

I reserved a double room with 2 double beds and I was given 1 bed with a sofa bed. There was roaches in the bathroom. I asked for a non smoking room and of course they gave me a smoking room which smelled horrible. My sister couldn’t breath, was congested and was sneezing all weekend. The staff was horrible claiming there wasn’t any managers and either I wanted the room or he would give it to someone else. Seemed like there was people living in the hotel. Staff was rude as hell.

Place is absolutely disgusting. Rooms and hallways had a nasty odor. The air conditioning is poor. The rooms have mildew on the ceiling. I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom sink. The halls were noisy with people yelling and banging their doors all night. The card reader on my door kept failing my entire stay and the staff was unconcerned about the problem. They market that they have a pool but when I stayed, it was closed (even though it was 80 degree days). Also the location is not the most convenient, being a good 15 minute walk away from the closest metro station. Stay away from this place!!!

The first day when we arrived were some people making love, we heard them screaming, ah, ah etc. Then there was our room what was dirty, broken floor carpet. Almost cold tea in the lobby, and a scary people in the elevator. We find ourselves not comfterbol., parking was good. Also the bed. But the noise those people make until middle of the night, screaming, fighting and bumping against the wall, screaming in the hall. Sorry, but I will go never back there. It's a shame for your company. It's looks good from the outside but inside. A big NO.

We reserved a 2 queen bed room and got a 1 king bed room. We saw a few bugs in the hall and one in the elevator. But the people were all very nice. The house keepers were very nice and our room was always clean. The neighborhood felt safe and a lot of places within walking distance. The bus was convenient and the cabs too. All in all it was a nice stay.

The hotel was basic but comfortable. It was clean and maintained well by housekeeping. I had expected to have a room with 2 double beds but instead had a room with one very large bed and a sofa. I was travelling with my 2 children age 20 and 17 so it was not comfortable for all of us to sleep in one bed, so I slept on the sofa. The pool was also only available to use on the last of the 3days we were there. On the plus side it is about a 10-15min walk to the nearest subway station which takes you into the downtown area and I think there are regular bus routes from the main road, but I'm not sure as we never took the bus. There were laundry facilities and free tea and coffee in the morning. Not sure where the nearest breakfast place would be, we bought food from the 7-eleven shop at the metro station for breakfast. The receptionist was a man of few words but I found the security guard to be a very pleasant and friendly man. Our room key cards kept losing their 'charge' and we had to get them reactivated every day when we came back in the evening. There seemed to be a lot of families with young kids and someone with a dog so it was a bit noisy but somehow we managed to sleep through it all. The last point to note is that our room smelled of cigarette smoke although it is classed as a non smoking room. Apart from all these things, it was a reasonably comfortable place to stay.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my stay at the Motel 6 on June 8th was one of the worst experiences in my life. In addition to the staff being rude, I had roaches crawling over me IN MY BED AS I SLEPT!!! I saw at least 3 of them and managed to kill one of them. I hadn't even been in the room for 12 hours before they started to appear. The conditions of this motel were so atrocious that I left the facility at 3am in the morning to find another hotel.Your company should be ashamed of itself. It's unimaginable to think that this is the standard you hold your facilities to.

This motel is government paid housing for convicted felons and their "wives" and children. The kids never stop their shrill screams and the fathers aren't much better. We checked in and stayed two hours. Then we checked out and got a full refund of our money. The young lady managing the front desk was courteous and she was not a bit surprised that we were checking out and seeking a refund. Two ladies in front of us did the same. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING AT THIS MOTEL.

The room was marginally clean. Mattress was very uncomfortable. VERY loud - with other patrons cursing, shouting and screaming at children late into the night. TV did not work. Said would send someone up. That didn't happen. Internet access was hit or miss - going in and out.

I love your location and the employees are great. The front desk was very professional, helpful, and polite. I was concerned that there were people hanging around all the time outside the front entrance during the day and night (maybe I was just being overly watchful). Also, the people in the room next to mine were very, very noisy into after midnight with really loud talking and doors slamming. Since I only stayed for short time, I did not report to the front desk. I also did not see a morning Continental breakfast.

The room was neat but the top sheet had too much stains. The bathroom was okay,shower very neat, room floor very neat. I was somehow disappointed because I specifically said non smoking but the floor was nothing but stinky smoke smell which got my child coughing till we left. The hotel can use a couple more microwaves, 1 microwave for the entire hotel is awful! Also, they should have table top fridge available for rent for people travelling afar. Elevator was very stinky and filthy! The beds are too hard and springy, pillows are a bit on the small side.Over not a great relaxing place for any event at all. I was highly disappointed!
