Location was easy to find. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Denny's was right next to the building so good was never an issue.

Good location with a Dennys next door. The TV was good. A roll of toilet paper was dirty, the housekeeper did not clean the room when we returned later that night. Towels could have been cleaner.

Stayed at the Motel 6, for a few days while remodeling a house I own, and the experience was great.
AC was extremely cold, and I slept like a baby. With a Denny's around 30 yards from my room, I was happy.
Would I stay there again, YES

This place is absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like smoke because of previous smokers and current smokers leaching their nasty smoke into the room. A thick coat of brown soot covered the door. The bed spread had small spots and I used one of my personal sheets to lay on this bed where only god knows how many bugs lie underneath. A brown spot with a piece of hair was smeared on the bathroom wall and the tub had calcium scales on it. Just yuck. The person who worked at the front desk was very nice, and the housekeeper was nice. But they need to fix this place up. And create a no smoking in the room rule.

The staff was nice and the service was average. I do not remember if I was informed during the reservation process at motel6.com that I would have to pay the full cost of the room at check-in as opposed to check-out. I do believe that is information that should be clearly communicated to potential customers.

Very easy getting a room for me and my girlfriend on our trip down to Austin, the missing 2 stars are the quality of the room, the bathroom was dirty and had no toilet tissue, fixtures fell apart as well.

The staff at the desk was good. I found the towels to be very rough and was not given enough of each size. Also there were long black hairs in the tub each day. I have very short gray hair so these weren’t mine. The door to the room did not fill the edge of the doorway allowing light and noise in. I will not stay at this motel again

The room was dirty. Blankets had stains there were blood stains on one of the walls, and had insects in the room. I had to leave and went to the renaissance to get a room. I didn't get a refund. I would not recommend this place.

Room was nice size but the two beds were full size. So not big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids and 2 dogs and 1 cat, during a hurricane situation anyway. Would have been better if there was a refrigerator and microwave like another motel 6 had just down the highway. But otherwise the price was much more reasonable. The cool part was we found this hotel because we were looking for a Denny's and find it right between a Motel 6 and a 7-Eleven gas station. So all in all it was a good location to where we could walk to each place if needed.

Great location. Great staff. Room was clean and it was fresh when walking in. The pool was a little dirty but it didn't affect me getting me. The store is right in front and so is Dennys!! If I had one thing to say it is get more smoking rooms. Altogether, the stay was very nice. I will definitely go back!!

For a couple college age guys trying to get a cheap hotel room for the night, it was great. $10 Uber from 6th Street. A little but sketchy but they have the whole place lit up bright at night so you feel safe. We felt safe coming back at night than leaving at 3 on a Saturday afternoon (there were some characters watching us leave). Otherwise the rooms were clean and relatively nice. It was nicer than my college dorm and apartment that's for sure. So if you don't mind that, this is a great place to stay.

Front Desk young lady was great, HOWEVER could not find a place to walk my dog. In the event of a fire the parking lot has been fenced off to keep out the prostitutes and drug addicts who live behind the 7-11 next door. One way in one way outSKETCHY and VERY VERY UNSAFE AREA! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL.Ice Machine is does not work, parking is a problem with Denny's next door, numerous drug deals were witnessed. Tenants loitering outside of the rooms,. The Patel Family needs to engage with the community police or something! #maga

This is an extremely affordable hotel. The area it's in is not great, but the interior of the rooms had been remodeled with hard floors and it all seemed clean. I was impressed for the price, and they let me check in about 2 hours early. I'd stay here again.

Pretty sure if you need drugs or a hooker this is the hotel for you! It's also in a shady area, gross and dirty rooms and shower. Neighbors are sooooo loud! You can hear everything. For the price this place is nasty! Please book somewhere else!! Oh! The front desk was also nice enough to give my king bed room away and said we upgraded you to 2 full size beds. This is after I specifically booked a king size bed. After asking for a discount a king size room magically appeared.
