The only plus was the bed was comfortable. Reserves a no smoking room, and it reeked of smoke. Didn't appear to be a very good neighborhood. A/c didn't work very well. Very dated room. We got there late and only had about 5 hours before we had to be up and at the airport. That is the only reason we sucked it up and just stayed. We were exhausted

Don't stay here if you intend to stay in your room during the day. Property gets incredibly loud starting around 8AM. Maintenance and cleaning personnel repeatedly knock on your door.

For the love of God stay away from this nightmare. No lampshades, no fridge, and even worse the maid service won't vacuum up broken glass off the floor. No hot water and dirty bathrooms. You could not close the bathroom door because there was no doorknob. The staff is somewhat ok depending on who is on duty. There's heavy drug activity inside and around the area. I would not leave anything in you vehicle and double lock the doors. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even a homeless person.

I stayed at this hotel last minute and i found it good. Rooms where good. Checked in at 11am yesterday and the front desk lady was so nice and respectful. Will be going back in the future. 🤙👌

There are a couple of things that need to be addressed in order to get a better rating. First there was a smell of weed as I went to my room. Then the room had a mildewy smell inside kind of like old socks almost. There were holes on the sheets from what I can tell came from smoking or something. The heater was not working so it was a bit of a cold stay. But I will say you get what you pay for. The price was low and we needed a quick stop. They were the lowest around.

The room was filthy, walls were terrible looking, lights flickered, mold in the bathroom, looked like a blood splatter on the shower wall and ceiling. My friend and I booked a two bed room and when we got there we got a one bed. Booked two nights, went out in Dallas during the day, came back our room was taken our stuff put in storage. Front desk said we booked only one night and after proving that we booked 2 nights by email we were able to get another room and get our stuff out of storage. You get what you pay for.

Easily the worst hotel experience of my life.

Walking up to the front desk, I was greeted with a "Give me 10 minutes." Once I did get to the front desk, I had to agree to six different things on the credit card reader which seemed suspicious.

After check in, we walked to our room only to have to step over a passed out transient who was living in the stairwell less than 15 feet from the door to our room.

The rooms are atrocious. There were cigarette burns on the bed. Hair and cracks and dirt everywhere. Bugs in the bathroom and it smelled like urine. Once seeing that the time on the clock was way off I had enough. Booked a room somewhere else and got out of there as fast as possible.

I've stayed in cheaper places that had were 100 times better than the Knights Inn. There's no way I would ever go back. I understand it's a budget motel, but this was just awful.

I really hope Dale, the guy in the wheelchair, got his laundry done. They were holding it for like 11 hours!

The front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming! The rooms were fairly clean but there was a cockroach in the bathroom and a giant spider on the floor. There was no soap for handwashing. The motel felt pretty old and the bottom of the tub was gross. I have stayed at much better motels for $50.

Drove to Dallas spur of the moment and needed a cheap place to stay. My boyfriend and I found this hotel online and forgot to read the reviews because it was so cheap and 2 o clock in the morning. I've literally never been so scared before at a hotel. There were drug baggies outside on the ground, the rooms smelt like smoke even in a non smoking room and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and I thought I might catch scabies or some other bug just by being in the room. We slept with our gun literally right beside us and thankfully our dog was with us, who growled at the door throughout the night. We booked two nights and decided to get a different hotel after realizing we very well could've been stabbed, robbed, drugged etc. They didn't offer a refund just because I felt unsafe. I think Wyndham should definitely take their name off this property or bulldoze it.

Horrible place. Drugs everywhere. I swear they are involved in prostitution and human trafficking. Watch closely early in the morning and around 2 am. People check in and disappear. ChecK out the porn on their network. Absolutely deplorable. Definitely need to be investigated. They even double charged and refused to print receipts.

Worst experience of my life when it comes to staying in hotels. Rooms stink like mold and linens are old. Was offered drugs in the parking lot. First room I was given the a/c didn't work. Would've asked for a refund but it was after midnight when I arrived. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Had a room reserved. My checking account had already had a preautherization charge, but card reader wouldn't read myself or my husbands cards. Was told we needed to use cash. Paid the cash and went to room. It was hot and ac was blasting out warm air. There were no knobs on the ac just the metal piece so no way to adjust air or to know whether it was on fan or heat. There was a roach crawling up the wall and the bathroom was gross. Went to office and was issued another room. That room had a twin size bed when we paid for a full. It also had a weird smell. Demanded a refund but was told manager was out of town. She called HIM but he said she couldn't give refunds. Was told we would need to wait till tomorrow. She laughed the whole time. Told us call until we get the manager she had no idea what time he would be in. Called the next morning and was told 10am. When we spoke to the manager SHE was surprisingly nice and gave us a full refund and wondered why we hadn't been given our money back the previous night being we didn't stay there and found a better room. I would recommend not staying here. The rooms are horrible and over priced. I wouldn't give it any stars at all but it doesn't let me post without the one star.

Horrible hotel. Booked a non-smoking room and the room reeked of marijuana. Blankets were dirty and had holes in them. The toilet didn't even flush and the sink was starting to mold. Beds had a horrible smell. I did not feel safe. People walking around outside all drugged out. I did not last 20 minutes in that hotel. I got a refund and booked another hotel in less than 5 minutes. DO NOT recommend to anyone! Pictures are a complete false advertisement

A great hotel with an emphasis on health and wellness. It is a treasure located in North Central Dallas. It has pleasant and helpful staff. There are two large outdoor and one indoor pool, fitness center, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas. The hotel room was spacious and had a couch. The only improvement would be to add a mini refrigerator. We will definitely return. .
