Mean staff, morning and night. I asked to check out early and night shift agreed and agreed to give me my money back for that night. Packed, went to leave and BAM! dayshift said no. Manager was horribly rude and even cussed me at one point.
The room was disgusting. There was a hole in the bathtub, cigarette burns on all the surfaces, the mirror behind the bed had hand prints on it. It was the absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The worst.

The lady at night that was working when we check in 3-3-17 was really nice. I would give her 5 stars but the lady that worked the morning at the front desk was very rude. We went to breakfast and they ran out of bananas we asked her for somemore cause breakfast was not over till 9:30 and it was only 8:30, she was smart about it and said "No we don't." Other than that is was a good place to stay.

We have only been here for one night and got a call from the office last night for having our tv too loud. We cut it off. Get woke up at 8:30 this morning due to renovation and a dog that is barking in the room beside us which started barking as soon as we got here last night as well. I call to see if rooms can be moved and the answer is no. Refund or not, i will never be back here!!!!! And yes i am trying for a refund bc this was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away. This place does not compare to others we have stayed in when it comes to hospitality and the care of the people staying.

Is great and comfortable, but hot tub was broken. Pool was warm though and it was a good stay. It is in a town with lots to do and eat around it. I stayed while skiing and found good dinner and breakfast places in between

Nasty, dirty, disgusting room. I doubt if the air filter in the ac had ever been changed. It was full of dirt and mold. The cushion in the window seat above the ac was damp from the moisture in the room. The entire motel smelled like mildew. There was blood on the bed cover, dirty floors and walls and dirt coming out from under the refrigerator. The walls are dirty and there's a cigarette burn on the bathroom counter in our non-smoking room. Also the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbor is saying or doing! I can't believe we had to pay $116 for this dump!
