amazing. me and my wife came here for our honeymoon and have no complaints. the rooms are huge, its quiet and the owners are as nice as can be. pluss the location is in the middle of cherokee and bryson city. we will deffinatly be comming back.

Room was spacious & bed comfy but could be updated. Room did have mildow smell but for the most part clean. Boyfriend liked the gear head theme & we both liked the hospitality of the owners. We might stay here if we visit the area again.

Did not stay here but we stoped in the parking lot to make some adjustment and eat a snack and the owners came out and made us feel at home. I will stay here next time I am in the area. Such nice people.

The owners were very friendly, nice clean hotel room. Watched a movie outside with camp fire. Very nice place.

Not very happy. My girlfriends family got a couple of rooms for the weekend. One room for 4 people and another for 2. As we arrived to check in , I went inside to sign a paper. Immediately the man running the place started asking who was in my car. I thought that was strange but Ok I can understand that he just wants to know who is staying in the room. Later in the afternoon my girlfriend and I came back to the room. The same man and a woman approach me at my car. He then begins to question who was staying in the room. Says that he has seen several people come in and out of the room and was making sure that only 2 would be staying. For 1 we have 2 rooms. The extra person coming in the room was my girlfriends younger cousin that is already staying at this motel. 2 don't come at me thinking I'm trying to get one over on you. This whole situation made me feel like they thought I was a theft!
On to another note. The theme is cool, but the rooms stink like mildew. The TV's should be updated. Actually the while establishment should be updated. The toilet and bathtub are screaming 60s. I will say it is clean for the most part. Other than the smell.response / report this review -

Cool motel. Nice large rooms. Very clean. A/C worked good. Clean pool and cool projector for out door bon fire movies.

My first time coming to casino everything else was booked so we stayed at Gearhead. Very laid back
and quiet. If I ever come back to casino I will come back to stay here.response / report this review
