Rooms were ok. Very good price for the area. Breakfast buffet was a nice addition. Good location right near restaurants and a mall.

Great place to go to really. Food is amazing and the beds are far better than just comfortable. The customer service there is top notch too! 5 stars would be my rating.

This is not a 5 star four hundred a night hotel, but for us it was great. Great location for NYC, we did hop on hop off and even used the bus back to hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, breakfast was good. We would definitely use this hotel again

Good price, near downtown New York. 20 minutes by bus and there is a bus every 5-10 minutes. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The service was good and the staff helpful

Good place in a nutshell! Breakfast options is limited, only covers basic things. if you're looking for fancy breakfast, it's not your place. It's clean and calm, staff are good.couple of minutes walk from Starbucks

The perfect hotel for our trip to New York. 320 bus in front of the hotel. You can buy the tickets in the same bus station. It was perfect. Room and services at the hotel was OK for the price. It could be better though.

I booked this room via expedia. They must have been having a sale, because I got a great rate. The room was clean, and had a HUGE bathroom. I will probably stay here again when I have to go back to NJ in a few months. The front desk staff was great. Free breakfast, wifi, and parking!

Stayed here before, still privately owned. Was a Hampton inn several years ago. Service was good. Check in a bit confusing, as Mr request for the reservation was not available. I finally got another desk clerk who straighten things out. Breakfast was fine. Room clean and comfortable.

So far my stay has been just fine. Easy check in and helpful desk attendants. Pretty good breakfast options with 2 hot items rotating daily (eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc.) Oatmeal, waffle maker, yogurt, apples, cereal and milk, bagels and muffins. Room is a little dated but nice enough. King bed with desk, TV and cabinet, fridge, microwave, closet with hangers. Extra blanket in the closet as well. No shuttle service from this hotel which knocks off a star, but it is within walking distance of a Wal-Mart, many chain restaurants, and movie theater. Overall, I would stay again.
