The Meadowlands Plaza Hotel is very convenient because it is right off of Route 3 and close to the city. However, the hotel is dated in their decor. The restaurant seemed pretty dead when we walked through at 6pm. The banquet hall was nice and the food was tasty. The calimari and the paella were very good but the steak and the chicken were overcooked and not great. We went there because they were cheaper than the Brownstone. The happy hour appetizers were very limited. The bartender was very nice and the drinks were good. We would probably go back there if the Brownstone continues to overcharge us.

The worst hotel in Secaucus. Horrible Front Desk Staff. I booked my sister's wedding night there and they could not find our reservations for the guests, they refused to help put a sign for the shuttle i had to pay for myself and the room was no better than a motel, absolute NIGHTMARE.

Good hotel and a good deal for the price.

The rooms were neat and cozy. Nothing special about the view but the staff was really friendly. They extended the breakfast time a little bit to accommodate us. It was our fault that we were late and hungry but they still did that for us. I liked the customer service.

Good place to go if you want a no frills service.

I stay here for work regularly. Front desk is always pleasant. Breakfast is pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Rooms are always clean. Gym isn't anything great.

Grossly exaggerated and basic hotel for the price. Zero hospitality and non-existent customer service from the front desk staff. They're not helpful or cheerful to their guests. Terrible service the hotel didn't even have a wine opener or plates to use outside of breakfast. Ridiculous! Will not return.
The only good thing about this hotel is the sweet cleaning lady.

Good location with complimentary shuttle to the train station. The Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. It has something for everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay here about 200 nights per year. Staff is very pleasant. Nice full hot breakfast. Rooms are nice.

Room is nice and comfortable. Didn't care for the breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to NJ transit and the hotel shuttle will take you there.

Attended a wedding at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel and stayed overnight. Friendly staff and nice clean room. The banquet room was very spacious and the food at the wedding I'd give a 7.5 out of 10 (pretty good for wedding food). Also, the breakfast buffet in the morning was better than expected. Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend it.

Room was pretty big. Service was really good. We asked for extra sheets and we got them quickly. The breakfast is closely guarded though, no extras to take back to the room.

We enjoyed our stay at Meadowlands Plaza Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the train station was why we chose this place and for travel to and from NYC, it was perfect. The free breakfast was above and beyond most places and the rooms were well maintained with comfortable beds. If we were visiting the New York again I'd stay here again.
