Nice hotel just few minutes from NYC in New Jersey. Very beautiful location & the staff are very helpful. And facilities are great, just remember use bus to go to NYC, taxi will cost you a lot.

Such a pleasant surprise. Secaucus is an under-rated town. It's so close to the city - easy to get into and out of Manhattan via bus or train. This was a comfortable place to stay in a little neighborhood close to a bus stop.

I don't think we have ever stayed in such a poorly run hotel. the whole thing smelled of cigarette smoke (although a non smoking facility). No updates for at least a decade. Peeling wallpaper and holes in the carpeting. Poor service: a cot was ordered with the reservation, upon checking in and also with a housekeeping staff who stopped to tell us they would drop off towels as they were in the dryer (and never were delivered). No cot received and the "manager" at night said that was housekeeping's job and they were closed and he could not access the cot nor the towels. He offered to have someone look into it the next morning (when we were checking out!,, not very helpful). the positives were the staff were helpful with directions and access to the city and there was free parking in the attached lot (as the garage did not look very safe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Arrived last night for football game at stadium. Took 30minutes to check in due to a bus of 100 and only 1 person at front desk. This couple with the fact that the guest were bringing keys back because rooms were not clean and even one that already had someone in the room. Upon arriving at room, found paper stuck to floor in one area, heat vent was bent up and unfinished repairs in bathroom. Took pictures of all. Phone blinked red all night saying I had message, no message there and front desk never answered when I called. Overall stayed in better.

Fraud people don't ever stay. Pure cheaters. They confirmed me 2 beds and when I entered in room it was a single bed. When I asked reason, they said its not available. Also asked me to see another hotel if I want. How can they ask at 22:30pm to go and look for another hotel? No manners at all. Very poor hospitality. No option for negative stars I would have preferred it.
