My sister and I are in a two bedroom nonsmoking room. Accommodation is not too bad but the smell is very distracting. As soon As you hit the hallway on the third floor there is a strong smell.. of.. something. Same smell in the bedroom

Horrible hotel the room smell really bad and there’s roaches I regret booking this hotel and the management is no help they send someone to spray the room with roach spray and send a used bathroom perfume. Do not book this hotel you will regret it but if you do be sure to bring some fabreeze and some candles and roach spray. Very upset customer

10milea from Statue of Liberty, NJ. Takes about 17-25mins. Walkable to Dunkin and Wendy's. Easy drive in avoiding NYC traffic hassle. if you are driving from Niagara or Mass. Breakfast includes oats, bars and coffee. Some of the rooms have views. We could not get one. Kitchen is an add-on and you need to ask for utensils at the f.desk

When I saw the hotel for the first time outside, it looked very nice. Once we we got our room and got inside the room smelled like smoke and it was way too small for 6 people, which is what we asked for. Then, they switched are room into a deluxe room which was very big, but the bed was not done well and they were making us pay a difference, even though it was what we paid and reserved. Lastly, they gave us another room which smelled like food and had a lot of dust around the room. Tomorrow I am going to be switching hotels.

Horrible hotel! My family reserved a room 6 and when we got to our room they gave us a key for a room for hardly 4 people. Secondly, the whole floor smells like pure smoke! They changed our room after complaining, that room was fine but was very filthy, the bed was wrinkly and the side table flipped over. After that, we had to change rooms again after settling in because they wanted us to pay a difference for getting a room we originally reserved. Lastly, we had to changed rooms again the room smelled like Mexican food and dust. We had to dust down the furniture with baby wipes we brought. DON'T RESERVE A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL, IT'S DISGUSTING, AND BAD SERVICE!

Towels in room soiled. No daily turndown service. Rooms are dated with older appliances. Near highway so hear cars all night. Called desk to ask for new towels. Said 45 min. Woke up next morning and they never brought them. "Free" breakfast is some wrapped breakfast bars, wrapped tiny muffins and coffee

Not sure how many times I need to fill this out. But It was mediocrely clean, the breakfast was snack food, the staff was very sweet. Ok for an overnight stay but if you are looking for a hot breakfast and a longer stay I would go with Residence Inn by Marriott.

    Pros -
    - Great location. You can simple walk for 2 mins and board a bus that connects you to the attractions. Restaurants, Grocery stores in a drive-able distance (2+mile radius)
    - Free Parking -> when you stay in a hotel in NJ, this is a great advantage
    Cons -
    - Front desk employees (during our stay) were not very graceful / accommodating.
I had called in around 9 AM and had requested for an early check-in - around 11 - the lady on phone was polite and she confirmed that we were all set. When we got there, the front desk did not have any knowledge of this, neither did she apologize for this and nor did she express any regret. On the contrary, it took her a good 1 hour for her to check me in and she kept me waiting without any ETA (with my wife and 2 kids along with me).
    - Room -> The small, dark room was at the end of hallway - right opposite to the elevator. We find many ants in their as well :(.
