I love the hotel it's real nice and quiet . The beds are so comfortable and the pool is very big and larger than most pools . The only thing is they should serve more hot foods for breakfast. Other than that I'm very comfortable

There is no service in costumer Service. From the front desk to the weekend manager. Very rude. Instead of calling the room to see why we were not out at exactly 12pm, the assistant manager, she storm to the room and was very rude. We have 3 kids and it took an extra few minutes to get ready. Which we inform them when we were on the way up from the pool. I love coming here because of the way they usually treat us. I have 3 small children and we like going places where they are going to be understanding of that fact.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! My wife and I needed to know how to get into NYC, and they gave us the bus numbers, the times, and gave us a free shuttle to the bus stop. I was quite happy with my visit.

The place was fine at the important things. Room was clean. Everything worked. Short walk to parking. Check-in service was sub par. We called 3 hours before checking in at 11 pm confirming the crib we requested would be in the room. She said she couldn't give us one until we got there. Lost 2+ hours of sleep getting the baby back to sleep. Halls were filthy and smelled like dirty dog. The night security guard never looked up from her phone while walking the halls. Breakfast tables were dirty. I'd stay there again because the room is the important part and it was 100% acceptable. But for a few more bucks, it's probably worth it to stay somewhere nicer.

Great value, nice rooms, food in walking distance.
Staff were pretty unenthusiastic upon checkin, but I didn't let that get me down. The hallways and room are very clean, and even smell good (almost like a very mild perfume vs strong cleaner smells). The windows are large but offer privacy on the second floor. Road noise is minimal despite being close to the highway. Breakfast looks enticing. Plenty of parking options, and an affordable habachi place right next door.response / report this review -

I have stayed here numerous times for business. The beds are decent, staff is super nice. This past stay we added a third person last minute to our trip and needed a cot. I called an hour or two before checking in asking for a cot, they had it already in the room waiting for us when we arrived. My only complaint is with the continental breakfast. There is ONE option for someone who is gluten free (celiac for me, but others choose to be)an apple. There is yogurt available but I do not eat dairy either, so that wasn't an option for me either. Everything was grains. No healthy options!!

I've been to better La Quinta's. It was okay, but for a hotel chain that sells itself as dog friendly, it would have been nice if there were grounds for the dogs to walk. I had to walk my pup in a pretty filthy area and try to keep him from eating trash. I felt I needed a shower after each walk. The food was okay, but not great. It was just okay all around.

Rooms were dated, carpet in the hallway I don't believe have been cleaned since the hotel opened. On the flipside the staff was great. Would I stay here again only if there was no other options

Had a relatively easy stay at this motel! My only complaints would be that the place is a little bit dated. But even through this what makes it up is the fact that the front desk was extremely courteous and the overall keeping up of the room was done well. Much props to the service of this establishment. Will probably stay there from now on if I'm looking for a quick place to sleep while staying up in North Jersey

I had the pleasure of going to this location for a dinner reservation on mother's day. Nikko hibachi is located on the property, which is conveniently located around lots of excellent restaurants including Jose Tejas. This was my second time coming here for dinner and I am looking forward to coming back another time. Service was excellent and food was incredible. A great place to come on a special occasion with family and friends.

It was a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the service and the staff. Especially the hot tub. Also they offered a free shuttle to local stores. We enjoyed that.

The stay was adequate. This is a 2* at best. Far too much rift raft. They need to do a better job at the cliental. A better need to improve breakfast selection. Not optimal for children.
