Wow! What an amazing place. Such a unique and exciting place to visit. Such great exhibits and rare finds. Plus it is also a fun game room arcade with a good assortment of games (including pinball) from today and from back in the day as well that people of all ages can enjoy. The owner is very friendly and the place is well maintained. There is so much to take in here you can always come back and discover something new that you missed seeing the last time you were here. I highly recommend this place!

Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum needs to be experienced at least once by everyone who lives in the Metro Detroit area. It may not be as good as it was in it's heyday (now focusing more on redemption games than arcade games), but they still have a overwhelming variety of games and attractions both past and present that would take you through over a century of arcade games and amusements. Great for kids and adults alike, there's literally something for everyone here. Sad Marvin has passed on, but I hope that his legacy can continue for generations to come.

Pretty cool place. Tons of old games, a few new ones. Purchased a groupon for my first visit here, was a great deal. Tons of memorabilia all over the walls and ceiling. Oldest game I seen was from 1904, so over 113 years old Pretty cool. It's a small place, but it's jam packed with stuff. A lot to see and do here for a reasonable price. Spent about $10 and was here for almost three hours.

Such a cool place to see, whether it's date night or taking your kids out. Very bizarre and wacky old machines that seem like they're out of a movie. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

I love this place! The machines are cheap to use and its so amazing to see machines from different era's and countries. Spent 2 hours there with only $20 between two people and are lookin forward to going back again.

Absolutely spectacular. To see all the antique carnival games still working. A pure delight. Definitely glad we stopped and we will be bringing our children here to see and play the arcades of decades

My parents took me here and now I take my kids here and the smiles and fun are still the same! It's very cozy, but every nook and cranny are chalk full of old amusement and retro games. They also have a small snack bar with basic food and drink items. Definitely a must see for families and a good date night as well.

My teenage sons loved this place. We went for the first time today, and spent two hours there. It's free to get in, then you spend quarters on video games, pinball machines, and other various odd attractions. We brought our own quarters but there are change machines there as well. Lots of memorabilia on the walls and ceiling to marvel at. It was definitely worth the hour drive from East Lansing.

    RIP Marvin. Dear friend.
Through the years this place is going downhill.
Good gaming experience, but machines/ games are not maintained well at all. Every other machine has some problem.
No gift selection anymore. There is nothing big to select from.
    :(

I love coming here, there is a great mix of games from times gone by to the present. It basically has stuff to entertain just about anyone. I just wish the place was bigger as it can get very busy which makes the cramped place even tighter.

The best place ever! Scary for young kids maybe 3 or under. Otherwise fun for all ages! What a cool place! I've been going here since I was young! Never changes!

A really awesome place to hang out and play video games. Everything is reasonably priced, and the ticket counter is great. The employees were very friendly even though we were nearing closing time. This is a very unique place with many machines you'd never find anywhere else. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
