Great location, nice facilities and decent breakfast options.

Only stayed for one night, but the service was great. When we got back from being out late, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful to provide us with any other necessities. The room was also very clean when we checked in.

Small town hotel with big town accommodations. The bed was too soft for me, but everyone else loved them. Great value for the money spent.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Staff is out on smoke breaks, no one at the desk. And the room keys don't work. "Sometimes you have to jiggle it". All this for $130 a night? I'll take my business elsewhere.

All staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are current and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast included Belgian waffle makers, dry cereal, juice, bananas, bread for toast and prepackaged danish. We've stayed there several times and found the accommodations consistently good.

Very clean rooms, quiet hotel. The breakfast is lacking a little. It would be nice if they had a protein option, such as hard boiled eggs and maybe another carb option such as bagels and cream cheese, but I usually don't expect too much from a super 8. Excellent price and the pool is nice.

I will never stay at another Super 8 Hotel again. Most of the staff was friendly, but the room was dirty and smelled. The first morning, I was in class and when I arrived back, my daughters told me the maid was charging us a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the room. It was late, so I decided to deal with I in the morning when we checked out. In the morning, a maid approached me at te front door and tried to stop me from going outside because my card was declined and I need to pay cash for my stay. She embarrassed me in front of other guests and we weren't even leaving yet.
Upon check out, the same maid followed me to the desk and proceeded to argue with me while I was talking to the desk attendant. She said my daughter opened the door to her and she was smoking. I wasn't going to argue with her, but I wasn't paying cash either . My card had been charged 5 times with $125 each and they wanted me to pay again because those charges would fall off my card in 5 -7 days. So as it is right now, I have 800 lock up in my account for this stay and no one smoked in the room. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.
I'm a business owner and if I had an employee that treated customers like this maid did, she wouldn't be employed by me long.response / report this review
