Big pool shared with Banana Bay Hotel. Reasonable prices. Main downside is employees don't seem to care anymore.

Beautiful, tropical grounds! Units are clean and spacious. Very large pool. Love walking along the docks and watching the sunsets! Look forward to coming back each year!

Very quiet secluded time shar condo's. Very clean and neatly tucked up against the Gulf of Mexico. Often have rentals available at a reasonable price. Worth checking out.

What a ruined vacation! When I made reservation they told me that they have a ramp I can use for the jetski free only need to pay for slip rental - the ramp was covered in see grass unusable, luckily for me, the city ramp nearby was well taken care of. They didn't let me keep the jetski hooked up to my car and make me park it in unsecured lot when it was absolutely in no one's way in very rude manner. This people need to learn some customer service - the rudest customer service I have expierenced ever. The pool was ice cold the first few days with missing chunk on a bottom of shallow area where my child hurt her feet. On the last day they turn off the heater in hot tub. The rooms were spacious with a nice view, but old, dirty carpet that needed replacing and just in need of major overhaul. Ants walking on walls like they owned that place. The pillows were too flat - I was sleeping on two - still was too flat for me. All of my cheap motels, that I have to stay at my work, have better pillows. There is many tight s-curves when you park that you have to back through. I am professional driver - so it was not too hard for me, but I see how it could be a challenge for inexperienced people. That place is now on my DO NOT VISIT list for entire life.

This is my 2nd visit and the area has been improved on from a year ago. Pool area is clean with recent improvements. The grounds are very well kept. Great location and friendly staff. I understand that the unit furniture will be replaced in the future.

I have been a member of Marathon key beach club for 17 years now and I love the place yes a little dated but it's clean the staff is courteous and I think it's the best place in marathon key
