Nice outdoor areas and the folks staying on their boats seem happy but I did not have a good experience with my room. I was assured by the front desk several times the manager would call me to sort it out but never did despite several attempts. I won't return.

My fiancé, my (soon to be) in-laws, and myself all spent roughly a week at this beautiful resort. The location is so convenient to food, shopping, and Sombrero Beach! And, if you don't feel like driving, the resort has a gorgeous reef/beach area a just short walk from your room. This spot is perfect for snorkeling, relaxing, and even grilling out with the charcoal grills provided there. The rooms are cute, cozy, and very clean. We will definitely return here on our next trip to the keys!

This small resort is a great value. It is not top notch in any way but it is clean and has an unbelievable view from their "beach". If you are budget oriented, this is the place! We were very happy there! Call them directly to book.

Room was very clean, has all the basic amenities and very friendly staff. Fishing, ocean swimming/snorkeling, anf a great view of the sunset. Would stay again!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for tourism. Rooms are spacious and house keeping is wonderful.. Especially the green door card for early cleaning works well for early risers. We have already booked our 2018 stay!

The two bedroom apartment was nice and had plenty of places to sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice and warm. They were dog friendly too.
