  BED BUGS!! Would give 0 stars if possible. After sitting on the bed, not even under the covers, saw a few crawling. Checked out immediately in the middle of the night. The next day the bites started to pop up. My whole left arm covered in bites from sitting on the bed for that short time. Do yourself a favor and stay far from this property!
  I guess the pictures and video I took of the bugs crawling around on the bed and the fact that my whole left arm is covered in bites is not evidence enough to confirm that they are there...?!?

  My friend and I had TERRIBLE experience staying at this hotel. The pictures posted on the site are nice and appealing. VERY MISLEADING!! While the surrounding location and beach across the street was beautiful, the rooms are not a hotel standard and more of a motel (dirty and smelly). When we were there, it was in mid 30/40s (temperature) and very cold in the room, but the hotel’s heater didn’t work. Above all, the customer service was horrible and weren’t trustworthy. They say one thing but not didn’t fulfill of their services. For the many inconvenience experiences we faced, they offered to remove the resort fee and promised to refund that amount. When the credit didn’t come through, we called back about a week later to check on it, but they denied of the credit offered and any of the inconvenience experiences we had at the hotel. The representative at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful; she stated we were lying! I’m not a person that complains, but never seen a representative of any customer services who was so disrespectful and dishonest. Nevertheless, it’s a reflective in the overall poor management of the hotel. They do not care of their guests’ experiences.

  The worst hotel experience I've ever had! The customer service was disgusting and shameful. The upkeep of the hotel was horrible! Everything in the hotel looked and smelled bad. We didn't want to touch anything. Nothing worked in the hotel at all. It was just a really bad experience overall and will NEVER EVER go back!!! You shouldn't either!!

  I booked through priceline so I had no idea where it was going to be but PLEASE don't choose to stay here unless your a 19 year old college student who just needs a place to store luggage. The room was a shoe box and not very clean. So unclean that my husband and I slept on top of the covers and didn't feel comfortable putting on our night clothes. On top of that the cable was turned off so we couldn't even watch television. it was the worst!

  Food was ok. The hostess in order to get us to eat there offered 20% off our check and then didn't honour the discount. The waitress told us all large drinks were buy one get one free for $25. When we received the check she had charged us for two "fish bowl" drinks which were buy one get on free for $40 . We were also charged a 20% gratuity for a party of two. After bringing this to her attention she said "it is what it is". I don't mind spending, I just prefer that it be an honest and quality experience. I do not recommend this place and if you do eat there be advised that you need to make sure you check the bill prior to paying, not that it will help. I am sure the group of 8 who ordered the same drinks we did were horrified when they got their bill.I do not give one star ratings lightly as a business owner I know how negatively that can affect you. You must earn a one star rating with me. Do yourself a favor go to Joe's if you want to spend $100 on lunch and drinks for two. It is a much better experience. We wish we would have and it is only a few blocks away.

  Food was great but the rooms are too small, the bathroom was even smaller . The shower door does not close so all the water gets all over the floor the lady that took care of me at the desk was on her phone non stop if it wasn't for the food i would have rated them two stars.

  Very fast service but with fast service comes fast talking. My wife ordered a regular margarita and the waitress explained that it was happy our and that any of the mixed drinks were buy one get one free, I only wanted a beer so she said she would give me the beer for free. Cool. Long story short we got the bill and they charged me $40 for the mixed drink and gave me a free beer. She said it was because it was happy hour. Yeah that makes a lot of sense.
  Bottom line is it was $100 for a watered down margarita, a beer and two sandwiches. Place is a rip off and the bathrooms were disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.

  I received the best service from all the staff the rooms are on the small side but very clean and nice if I could give more stars I would. I love this hotel.

  Rooms, dirty,mold smelling, bathroom tiny. Poor service, roaches, very old, bed linens dirty, hidden here's, not even a resort, horrible place, I paid, 168.00, super 8 is cleaner, has to use stairs, no elevator,people smoking pot, checked out after 2 hours

  My husband and I grabbed a couple of appetizers and couple of those huge mega drinks. Appetizers were pretty good and drinks were huge and strong. Service was decent until we got the bill. Server circled the gratuity suggestions. Well the menu clearly states 20% gratuity is included. I circled the 20% service charge that was on the bill. Server saw me do this and says that gratuity is not included. Whatever. Don't lie to me. Especially when I saw it stated in the menu and it's on the freaking bill! I won't be giving them my business anymore. Way too many restaurants down this strip to deal with that.

  Happy Hour was a great deal! 2 HUGE fishbowls for $39. 4 of us couldn't finish 2. Great service and music. Got to dance and have a good time. Food was decent, I had the Cuban sandwich with fries. 4/5 would recommend

  what you expect from Ocean but not a shot I go back here. Happy Hour is 2 for 1 but the drinks are straight syrup with no alcohol. Essentially, you pay 15 dollars for two drinks (Which is not bad) but those two drinks have a combined 1/4 of a shot in them. The food is on par with all of the other places on Ocean, nothing stands out. The lobby is really unwelcoming and could use some renovations. The rooms are what you expect from Ocean as well. Service was below average and they really don't like questions being asked. We called down for additional Towels and they said the guy that runs to the rooms wasn't in so if I wanted them I would have to go down and get them, not a big deal, but not the best service when you just get out of the shower and realize you don't have any towels.... I walked down dripping wet. There is a lot of room for improvement here and easy fixes to set themselves apart, but, I don't see it happening.
