I stopped by today to pick up some parts for an excavator and I was really impressed on how beautiful this place is and everyone was really nice and helpful I will definitely be back.

Not entirely sure what the bad review is for I have had amazing customer service from the folks here. Always been helpful in reservations, delivery and equipment walkthrough. I’m a simple homeowner but I’m not renting machinery from anyone else, this place rocks and has my business for a long time coming!

Recently started dealing with MacAllister on a more full-time basis. TJ in parts is phenomenal. Waylon in service is great. They have been dealing with some stuff for me, that really hasn't been their problem. Make a long story short I received two pieces of brand-new equipment that had some minor issues. With one issue being a little more major. I started to have my doubts with CAT. I was concerned how it would turn out. You buy caterpillar for the best. We didn't even shop around for any other brand. Straight to Caterpillar. And that is what I did receive spectacular customer service with little questioning. On top of it with little push. The new equipment came from Indianapolis, but since they are my local service they have been fixing the problem. They took care to their fullest extent. No short changes, or shortcuts. I am fully confident in giving them five stars! As for the territorial sales rep Chris Ignaut he is highly rated as well. He has stayed on top of things. Seen some issues through till the end. Did not ditch out after making a sale.

They did a awesome job checking over my catapillar engine in my Peterbilt and found out the truck needed an head gasket that was causing me to have running issues during hard pulls and trying to overheat plus air coming from the radiator while running with the cap on only thing that never came up was the normal signs like watery oil or oily water in the engine I've had 3 other shops look at this and they never could find the problem but this place did 👍👍 so they might be doing an over haul on my engine and I will update if it's done here thanks for the good work
