I did not have a good time at all at this dealership, first off I walked in looking for a jeep and I feel as though I was bullied into buying a truck that I didn't want nor could i afford, I told the salesman that I couldn't afford the payments but somehow talked me into it. I feel disrespected. I mentioned the brakes felt like they needed worked on and was promised they would be if I bought the truck, it was an empty promise and I shortly found myself paying 500 dollars to get all new brakes. The tires were bald (it was night time when I test drove it and the salesman conveniently left that out) and I will again shortly find myself shelling out yet another 500 dollars. This was just a terrible experience for my first dealership purchase.

Update: as you can see from the "owners response" they clearly don't care about you, only the bottom lineid really recommend finding a different car dealership if you are thinking of buying

You would not believe the experience I had with this place. Never ever again will I buy anything from them. All I can say is I bought a new Jeep 2017 renegade love it, best thing I ever could of done. "It's not the Jeep, it's the people. I will say no more. Wish I would of went to the place in Niles MI.

this is christian binder i had a very good experience today buying a truck with Robert Reidenbach. He is was very welcoming and very direct about the vehicles and questions he is asked. did a great job being asked many questions from me and grandmother. This is one of the better visits with sales men i have had in the past, for me being direct is a must when a question is being asked. overall great experience.

Corey S. at this dealership is the only one in the greater Michiana area that I have found! When the time comes, I will purchase from Corey. If you are looking for an honest person that doesn't play any sales games, I highly recommend that you give him a visit!

We've stopped in this place on 2 separate occasions and have been treated awful by both salesman. After the first time we swore we would never come back. Well, we gave it another shot today and after the second time, you can be damn sure I won't ever buy a car from Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have family in the car business and know it very well. I know more than most of the salesman I encounter about deals and rebates because I do my research. We came in today fully aware our car had some negative equity with a lot of payments left. But, we were prepared to part ways with that if the payments were in our budget. We test drove multiple vehicles and settled in on a Wrangler. I had a salesman tell me he wouldn't give me numbers on paper and that there's an app for that! Excuse me!!? It's your job to sell me a car and tell me exactly what I'll pay. After his refusal to get me ball park numbers on paper I kindly said, "That's fine, I'll buy my vehicle elsewhere." We said thanks and that we appreciated his time. The salesman followed up with, "After wasting 2 hours of my time, get on out of here!" We were absolutely floored to be treated that way and talked to in such negative fashion. I spoke with a manager about the incident, however, after 2 terrible instances at this dealer I will never buy a car from them. I was there to do business and make decisions about my financial situation. It's not the salesman's job to tell me what to do, it's his job to inform me of my options. But, don't worry, THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT!!!! Buyers bewareSTAY AWAY.

One of the best car dealers my wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with. You guys rock! Jimmy is hands down the best car salesman I've ever talked too. If you're looking for a new car JIMMY WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. Do yourself a favor and go in here and ask for Jimmy. You will not regret it. Hands down, best dealership.

Can't make this stuff up.

Dropped off my truck for recall work. Treated poorly at first, but dismissed it on the assumption that no one had had their coffee yet. Had scheduled this call a week out, yet no one touched the truck until late afternoon. They ran out of serviceable parts and did half the job and produced an airbag light. Went to pick up my truck and the key was locked in the mech's toolbox and no one could reach him. They gave me a dirty 200M with an empty tank of gas until they could find the key the next day. Essentially wasted a day of my life because I still need to take it in for the work to be finished. The girl working in the Service department was nice, everyone else was anything but. With so many factors, I question the quality of leadership at this establishment.

I'm only giving one because there is no option to give none. I don't have the time to explain every last problem with this god awful place so Il keep it as short and sweet as I can Very pushy sales people in a rude way. Ended up buying a truck that I really liked and it's already having issues.. bought it in January of 2017 and I have less then 4000 miles I put on it and it's already been in the shop with transmission problems they replaced a valve body that their "master mechanics" said was bad and trans was already slipping and torque converter wasn't engaging properly within a week of this repair.. keep in mind they had my truck for 15 days.. when I dropped it off and asked for a loaner I was promptly told they didn't have any. Also asked them about a possible knock in the engine and was told it needed a "valve adjustment" which they performed since I didnt trust them I checked it and engine has pretty bad blow by (blow by between the pistol rings and cylinder walls) very costly repair. Bottom line I truelly wish I would have bought another vehicle from a different dealer this one is a mess of a trade in that obviously wasn't checked out before selling. On a side note they also put my co-signers name as primary owner.. had to jump through hoops to get that worked out also. If this helps even one person I won't feel as bad about it. Be very careful with this place

Mark in the service department was always helpful! He made the experience of having trouble with my car better. However, since the service department could not resolve the problem after three visits I asked for a refund. The service manager was completely rude. Belittled me and tried to talk me in circles. Have been a manager, you never let a guest leave dissatisfied. I have a terrible taste in my mouth now for this service department.

Went in there not even thinking they were going to be able to get me out of the crappy deal I got on an Escape. But found that the people were great to work with and Jimmy worked his butt off to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the way that we was treated and how quickly they worked together to find us the right deal.
I was able to get out of a bad deal and into a brand new vehicle thanks to them. ☺
Serious if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see these guys. You'll be happy you did.
