The guys at TNT Auto Sales & Service are awesome!!! I am a repeat customer and I bought my SUV from them over 6 years ago! From sales to service they have stood by every word! First off, this vehicle has been a wonderful & reliable vehicle, only needing major repairs this past couple of months. They have been quick to respond to my calls, very informative along the way, making sure I understood all my options and honestly looking out for my best interests, not just their profit line. They have done thorough inspections saving me time and a ton of money. I cannot thank you enough!!! Larry & Scott and everyone else at TNT! THANK YOU!! Loyal customer for life!!!

BUYERS BEWARE. I wouldn't give TNT AUTO SALES any STARS. They do not deserve to be in the Star category. I purchased a vehicle from TNT Auto Sales in Kokomo and was truly excited. Although their customer service was not the best, I bought the vehicle. Upon picking up the car there was no gas. Also, they promised to detail the vehicle but gave it to me dirty inside and out. They claimed to be busy but when I arrived at the dealership there were no customers on the lot. I took delivery of the car anyway because I needed to leave for Taylor University the next day. As I was driving home I was just thinking to myself what a true "blessing". Upon arriving home I turned my vehicle off and went into the house to pick up my parents. We ALL were so excited, even 6 of my neighbors stopped by to see the car. My parents and I decided to take a ride and I tried to start the vehicle but it WOULDN'T START. My parents and neighbors were just in shock and I was HURT/EMBARRASSED. I had the car towed to a well known trustworthy local repair shop. I was told by the shop Manager the vehicle needed a new starter, battery and other items repaired. The total cost of repair was $1255.00. I was so ANGRY because this was my first vehicle I paid cash to purchase. I worked several hours overtime and even took on a second job. My College Tuition at Taylor University is extremely high and I account for every dollar I spend. My parents did help me with the repair although my dad is a disabled veteran and my mom works 2 jobs to help me pay my tuition. This added expense was just not necessary. The Manager Larry was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. He mentioned calling the owner to see what could be done but claimed the owner always stands by his word. He then told me it was my responsibility to deal with the repairs. I even asked if they would help with some of costs and he stated "HELL NO" and just kept trying to over talk me. My Dad called Larry and was told the same as me. TNT has no responsibility. My Dad asked for the owners number and neither Larry or nor the Rude salesman would give us the number. Also, my Dad asked if he could leave his number for them to pass on to the owner and Larry said he would do so but we never received a return call. If this would have been a few weeks to a month after purchasing the vehicle then I would felt it was my responsibility to make the repairs. Although, I drove the car home and it would not RESTART. I feel TNT Auto should have helped with the cost of the repairs. This is just a warning to all purchasing a vehicle from any of the TNT Auto Sales.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Beware. These guys are not professional and make sure you have the car checked out and it's in good condition. I'm just happy that my safety was not jeopardized because I could have been driving back to school and it could have stopped at some point. One thing for sure I'm young and I will be purchasing several vehicles in the future. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase a vehicle from TNT Auto Sales in Kokomo. I've lived here all my life and never experienced customer service to be so bad and for the staff to be so RUDE. In reading other reviews it seems several people have had problems with TNT Auto Sales. I'm sure Larry and his staff were involved. They need to accept responsibility when they sale a bad vehicle and help the customer. Word of mouth means the most and I'm passing the word about TNT Auto Sales and Service. I've already contacted the Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau. According to the Attorney General they already have a file on this company along with several other dealers. TNT Auto I can say one thing to you SHAME on YOU ALL. I'm sure Larry and his Staff will deny these allegations but trust everything I've written is the TRUTH. Once again I have several years to buy cars but I will NEVER NEVER NEVER return to TNT AUTO SALES. Being a Christian means the most to me and my family and TNT does NOT conduct business in a Christian like manner. BUYERS BEWARE of TNT AUTO SALES in KOKOMO.
