I went to get an oil change, I provided the oil and the filter and yet somehow they still managed to crew something up. I pull away after receiving my oil change and not even a half mile down the road my abs, service 4wd, and traction control lights turn on? I had no issue with any if those things prior to my oil change, but after my oil change I have all these issues? What they heck did they do under my truck, just start pulling wires?

Stoped in for oil change and tires rotated got air filter replaced also cabin filter didn't know it had one probably could have gottenair filter cheeper at Wal-Mart

Sales staff is wonderful. Ive purchssed two new vehicles from them now, however their service department is awful. Very poor customer service! I called in to make an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. They tell me they dont make appointments and as long as Im there by 4 30 they'll get me in. I live 35 minutes away and drove there arriving at 3 45. Walked in and they told me they can't get me in. I told them I called and they said if I was here at 4 30 they could get me in. They acted as if they didn't care and just said sorry. This is just one issue Ive had with customer service from the service department.

I've leased my last two vehicles here and the service is outstanding! Kim English is the sales representative I have always worked with and she is very helpful. Every time I walk in I am immediately welcomed by someone. Anytime I need my car serviced I never have an issue. I recommend Mike Anderson to everyone!

My husband and I purchased a used Dodge Dart from here in September. We were told that we had to bring our vehicle in to have a GPS unit installed within one month. I arrived early in the morning, per their instructions, hoping to use a loaner car for the duration of the installation (we had been told it would take several hour). The woman handling my appointment seemed puzzled and requested that I sit in the lounge. She came to get me several minutes later, with the key fob to what she told me was a blue van. I walked to the nearest van and an alarm sounded. I clicked the fob only to hear a ton several rows back. They had assigned me to a van that had to have been owned by the nastiest and most careless people in the county. It was embarrassing. It was rusted out, the seat was broken and lodged at a forward angle, and there was a dark, viscous fluid pooled in the cupholders and floor. I could not adjust the seat AT ALL(see attached pictures). During the time they had my vehicle, they did not fix the airbag issue that we noticed at the time of purchase, nor did they align the steering, as also promised. Not two weeks later, my frony tire is showing pressure issues. We took it to be repaired (at a tire shop) only to find that they had not included a key to the locking lug nuts. My husband was irate. They asked for us to leave the vehicle with yhem, yet again, while they figure out how to remove the lug nuts. Luckily one of their own mechanics was standing nearby and came out to the car and fixed it on the spot. We then we're able to take the tire to be repaired. If you're looking to purchase from a reasonable, certified used car dealer, look first in Lafayette (Bob Rohrman), or Indianapolis.

My husband left for a business trip on Monday and I wanted to surprise him with a truck when he returned home by Friday. Thanks to Nathyn McGuire, he worked hard to make this happen for us, and on Friday we were signing papers for our new truck! We have 6 children who in the near future will be looking for reliable transportation, and we know where to start the process!
