Exceptional customer service! The employees take time to explain their work which is performed in a timely manner (in my case without an appointment when they went out of their way to fit me in). Not to mention the fact that when you purchase tires from them, at a reasonable price, rotation and re-balancing is included in the original purchase price!

Eh. Ok to get tires in a pinch. Not a store stock of more inexpensive name brand tires and forget stock of any performance tires. Prices are higher than at TireRack, but they will price match so that’s a plus.

Good place. They have a huge selection. If you're in a bind, they have a charge card available, you can sign up for it but they give you 6 months to pay off your debt. Still, plenty of time to pay it off.

Have been going here for years and while they're always very busy, they are friendly, professional and stand by their work. They have never pushed me to buy anything I didn't need. Once they found a mistake they'd made in my last visit by putting on the wrong tires almost a year before. I wouldn't have known, but they were upfront and honest and made it right. They'll get our family's business for the future!

We have come to Discount tire on the south side for a very long time. I have always appreciated how respectful and polite they are. They do excellent work and go above and beyond , for instance they were out of the tire they quoted me at and replaced it with a better more costly tire, but at the same price I was quoted. I really appreciate being able to trust them to do the right thing. I also love their tire coverage. Well done Discount Tire crew!

Great customer service the whole time. Made sure I understood everything about all the benefits that cone with the purchase of the tires there. The wait took a while but only because there was a massive amount of people that wanted tires from here. The wait was worth it, my truck got new shoes and I love them.
