Leased a 2015 C RV in June of 2015. Our buying experience with Andy Head was excellent, no games, straight forward deal. I have visited the dealer for all service and the experience has always been excellent. Quick turnaround, nice waiting area with plenty of space to relax or work remotely. Really appreciate that they do not try and slam you with additional repairs and expenses. Looking forward to picking out our next new Honda.

The entire team pulled together to make sure that I could leave with the exact car that I wanted. Corey went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and to make sure that I had a fantastic experience. We love our new car, and would recommend Corey and the rest of the dealership to anyone that's in the market for a new car.

My salesman, Dan Brannigan, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me used and new Honda Pilots, as I had requested, and answered all my questions.
While contemplating whether to buy new or used, Dan notified me to let me know that Honda had just started offering a .9% interest rate on 2017 Pilots. I told him I was interested if I could get that rate. He advised me how to fill out a loan application process online and notified me shortly to tell me that I had gotten it.
I appreciated how he facilitated the process, making purchase day easy. He had the vehicle ready and took me for a test drive to make sure I was satisfied . To top off his class act , he made sure I had a full tank of gas! I have purchased vehicles in the past and have had to stop at the gas station on my way home, so this was a pleasant surprise.
I would highly recommend you contact Dan if you are considering a Honda purchase!!

Bought a new 2017 CR-V from here in May. After several dealerships not wanting to deal. it was Baierl Honda who did accepted the offer. Only went there on the day I was buying the car, test drove it, signed the paperwork in 20 minutes and I was out. They even gave me a gift card. Really happy with the the purchase and also the Sales team at Baierl. Thank you for making the process effortless, see you guys soon for the first service.

My daughter was home from college for the weekend when we heard a grinding noise from the brakes. Baierl was able to diagnose and fix, under warranty, the same day, a Saturday no less. Thank you for your attention and prompt service. We love Baierl.

I started my search for a new Honda CR-V and was personally referred to Art Morgan. After my transaction, I see exactly why he is spoken so highly of. Art is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain every possible scenario to me from leasing to purchasing to trading and never pushed anything. What I appreciate the most in everything was his time, and that he actually took the time to explain everything to me. This is treatment that I have never really experienced in any other car purchase. At the end of everything I left in the exact car that I wanted and could not be happier with it. If you are shopping new or used Honda vehicles, you can not go wrong in stopping in to see Art!

A couple of years ago, my wife and I found ourselves in need of two replacement vehicles and had the fortunate happenstance to end up working with Dave DeVos at Baierl Honda. We started off just looking for one vehicle for me, but my wife loved the C-RV Dave showed us so much we ended up buying two (her car was barely holding on, but wasn't part of the original plan)!! Two years later, we found ourselves in the market for another vehicle for our Son, and Dave helped us yet again. Both times, he was very professional and yet extremely friendly and HONEST. No BS, no hype, just "this is what I have that meets your needs". We got great deals both times (and my Son's friend also ended up dealing with Dave with equally positive results), and Dave went out of his way to make sure everything was right with all of the vehicles and that all of our questions had answers. And Mike, the finance person, explained everything to us in terms we could understand and was also extremely helpful and friendly.

We started shopping for a vehicle in February with a few cars in mind. I went to look at a Honda Pilot, our salesman Jamie L., was great from the beginning. He worked with us all the way up until May when we purchased the vehicle. He worked diligently to find/get the exact vehicle we wanted. The communication was great and the overall experience was excellent! Buying a car has never been so easy. Jamie also took the time (2 hours) when we picked up the vehicle to go over all the features in the car. We would recommend Jamie and Baierl to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Been there twice now in emergencies and I don't live close-by. Once from a tow and once because local mechanic was stumped. Very pleased with the customer service and explanation of issues (and our vehicle had issues!). Very courteous and we were able to get a courtesy vehicle both visitsfor multiple days. Not cheap, but but for our piece of mind and the much needed courtesy vehicle, was worth it. We'll be back.

The dealership was great. Beautiful show room, amazing selection, and great location. Jim Gregorakis was everything we wanted in a salesman. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and not pushy. We will be back to do more business with jim.
We did not buy a car from Baierl today; HOWEVER, it had nothing to do with the dealership. We just were not ready.

We had an amazing experience here, I would recommend Dave DeVos to EVERYONE. I really feel like he got us a great deal, I had been in search for a Honda Pilot for a year, across two states. We had been in touch a few times, he didn't pester me like others I had reached out to, and I went back to him when I was ready. He even had a Geico connection, who was awesome and also got us a great deal. I've purchased several used vehicles and never got the customer service he provided. We walked out, same day, with a new (used- 2012) vehicle! He even sat in the SUV with me for nearly 40 minutes explaining all the controls. He was great with my kids as well. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. We love our pilot, thanks Dave!

My second experience buying a V6 Touring was even great as I had Patrick Evans as the salesman. He was very friendly, energetic and has a good understanding of the vehicles.
He helped me out finding a vehicle, accessories and importantly; quoted a price I was looking for. I was very excited about my new car.
