My daughter and I were on a beach vacation and both got sick. Went to the walk in center and was treated wonderfully with not much waiting. Would recommend this clinic to keep your vacation going.

I took my son and daughter here while we were on spring break (March 2017) and the male nurse that assisted us was awful. After waiting over 45 minutes to be seen, we were finally ushered back to a room by this individual and were treated so poorly it was disgraceful. In one instance, he told my son who had a fever and horrible sore throat to "man up," and "stop crying." He added "leave the crying to those girls" pointing at myself and my daughter. He then proceeded to tell me that my son had the flu and should be diagnosed with a flu test. He is not even a doctor and was treating us as if he could make a diagnosis. After I refused and requested a strep test he rolled his eyes and walked out of the room.
There are so many other issues I had with his disgusting behavior I could go on and on. I called the office a few days later to voice my concerns and they told me they would get back to me after they spoke with him. This was 9 days ago. We visit Marco Island every year for spring break and I will never take my children back to this office.response / report this review -

Worst experience ever. Had my annual physical 3 yrs ago that is covered 100% by my insurance. Got bills for 2 years from Quest. Finally Dr office said it was taken care of. The Pap smear was screwed up and they wanted to know if I wanted to do it over. No thanks. Got a bill from collection agency just this week. They apparently ordered a test that wasn't covered. What test? Don't know. They're sorryso too bad for me.REALLY? Yep

I would like to recommend Dr. Vickaryous and his pleasant staff. I and my family have been getting our medical care here for years. They are truly caring and it is a pleasure to go here.
