My mom went in there and was in there for two weeks, they did the wrong procedures, and didn't listen when she said she didn't feel well. She went out with only one leg working when she came in with two. The hospital tried to get to
get her to leave with nothing to walk with when she could barley hold her balance. They took her out when she wasn't ready, so she had to go back. They haven't followed up with her scince, the only thing she liked about it was her physical trainers. They were suprised when she called them and they asked if her leg was better. Wouldn't recommend this hospital unless you want to die.

The one from the administration Rebecca m. Was really mean she needs to understand that when people get here, is because they are sick and nobody wants to deal with her bad attitude and her bad face.

I’m regards to one doctor for Physicians Regional:

Dr. Raymundo Caparros, is exactly what is wrong with our Health System in the United States and why he is practicing here instead of the Philippines.
I was scheduled today to meet this doctor for a Follow up from Urgent Care, In order to get back to work, I need to be cleared by a Pulmonologist. *This is part of a workers comp claim due to Chlorine Inhalation Poisoning. At the time the appointment was scheduled, they were made aware it was for workers comp. ONLY AFTER I set aside time in my day, time I could have been been working a side job, to go to my appointment, wait for and fill out paperwork, I was told the Doctor wouldn’t see me, he said he doesn’t do workers comp
And why is that?? Private Health Insurance pays way more than workers comp claims!
This man doesn’t care about your health, just your money. I thought it wise to let future patients know!
    Thank you for your time.

Worst experience EVER! My husband went in for a broken heel, and they kept him for 3 days before he saw an ortho. My husband has a heart condition that he has known about for 13 years, and they wanted to clear him for surgery on his foot when it was NOT even necessary! The walker they gave my husband to use was way small for him and no one even helped him with it. They sent the Financial Counselor to see him on the 3rd day (before the ortho was able to see him) and gave us the bill for almost 19k for the hospital ONLY. My husband became upset. The experienced nurses were able to deescalate the situation, but the others really made things worse for us when all we wanted was for them to explain things so we knew what was going on. I'd rather stay at the Ritz than Physicians Regional. It would be less expensive and I'd be treated with care. All they could have done is referred him to a Cardiologist and Ortho.

The Drs, nurses, and medical staff were all excellent. My only problems concerned the lack of security of my personal property ( they gave away my specially fitted shoes); and the failure of administration to notify VA or forward my records to VA in-spite of several personal face-to-face assurances to me to the contrary by an alleged administrator of the hospital as well as the failure of hospital administration to forward my medical records to VA so my VA claim can be processed AND THE HOSPITAL MAY BE PAID BY VA! I have to personally demand my complete medical records via a personal visit to the hospital, pay a fee, and send those records to the VA myself!

My experience could not have been better! I arrived Saturday around 10am with head & lung issues from a probable upper respiratory infection. Every person from the receptionist to the Physician Assistant were friendly, personable & professional. The Nurse, Felix and the PA, Nicole, quickly diagnosed my infection, provided me with prescriptions and we were out of the building within 45 minutes.

Should give them no stars. My mother has been trying to see a doctor here for months she has COPD and asthma and recently high blood pressure. We made 2 appointments both times that she showed up for her appointment she was told that "the doctor isn't in today" she rescheduled again with them this last time and they said they couldn't get her in until January and that her insurance wont cover the visit in January because she didn't get her physical done in 2016. Which we tried to do twice but were told no one was in both timesso how convenient is that Just want money they don't care about people.

I have been admitted to this hosp. several times. Each time the Dr.s and nurses have been wonderful; my well being at the top of their lists. However, the PCT's (most all of them) need to find a new profession. This, obviously, is NOT one they enjoy doing.

I loved the many choices given for any one meal and the fact that you can have the lunch menu at dinner time was over the top.

If something was forgotten on your tray, the kitchen staff would gladly go get it for you. No ???? asked!!!

Thanks all for making the best of my unfortunate.
