Many people have different experiences, towards this hospital but I believe it has very good service and I recently had a medical issue and they rock me in right away and I appreciated it . The service was great ! And for my hospital stay they made me feel better on the inside and out

My mother had surgery at NCH. Outstanding staff, very friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. Very compassionate and caring. Clean and spotless facility. Very accommodating to family members .

I have now had 2 surgeries here and will never go back. The service here is absolutely the worst. You are on they're time only and not when you need it. If you need help with getting to the bathroom you better ask well in advance. The nurses seem to not care if your in pain and will only give out medication on time or late. It takes at least 20 minutes to get something for you when needed. And when your ready to be discharged you better expect pretty much an all day ordeal. The nurses here are in c intro of 6 patients, they should have half that so they might be able to focus on the patient a bit more. Don't expect great treatment from this hospital.

Worst place to come as a patient and a employee. They treat patients and employee really bad. Not really much into patient care, the hospitals care more about getting patients in and out of the ER or upstairs. Would not suggest this place for a ER, unless your a true emergency (dying or cardiac related). As a employee view, this place is horrible to work, no team work at all with staffing.

The NCH - Never come here hospital ( downtown)
This by far the worst hospital I've ever been to. I wish I could give it NO STARS. If you read the review save yourself and go to another one. I literally watched 3 1/2 in the waiting room alone some of the most disturbing things. A man who was treated with wound to his finger still bleeding badly through the gauze wrap One man that hired a private ambulance company telling them to get him the hell out of there. That should have been my warning sign but because I was in pain and had already waited so long I stuck it out. Got an IV to be sent back out in waiting area ( I'm personally appuled and convinced that's not the best place to sent after being hooked up to IV). Then after a 3 1/2 hour wait I was treated by the most arrogent PA he didn't care what I had to say.. acted less then caring of my condition. Worst hospital ever. I heard numerous people complaining And as they should I watched the staff chatting in the back a nurse who had just got there "go on brake " NO WONDER the poor sick people are waiting hours to be treated. and not be treated nice.
I could go on and on. And if I wasn't in pain I could have recorded the nonsense this hospital considers acceptable.
People new to this area please take my advice and Never come here 😂.

I COME TO THIS HOSPISTAL SINCE 10 AND ITS 2 O CLOCK PM .IM STILL SEATING HERE WAITING THEY REALLY SUCKS I DONT LIKE THEIR SERVICES.😠😈

Went there this last Saturday and Sunday. Both days I was there I had horrible service from desk lady(who looks like she is out of it) to the nurse Beth whom is very rude! I got a script prescribed , nurse Beth handed it to me I realized it wasn't what the doctor and I talked about! I asked to talk to the doctor Beth omg gets worked up acts like she's going to get him, I watch her walk around the corner then come back and tells me he went into a room won't be out for an hour!!! I said well I've been here two days in a row and 7hrs I think I can wait she replies I'm going to call security!! Longer story short worst hospital I have ever been to. Real score 0 stars

Palliative Care (Karleen Hanna) was exceptional and assisted our family during this time of crisis. She was professional, fast acting, and very caring! Thank you Karleen & all of the staff at NCH!

My wife was recently taken care of in this hospital, I cannot say enough about the staff and doctors that looked after her. I am sure everyone has their own experiences here, but my wife has no complaints.
