Our food was good, but the free desert with the kids meal for our 2 daughters wasn't brought up or offered we had to ask for it and it seemed to surprise the waitress. The first night we never received the desert, so my daughter's wanted to go again for a better experience..FAIL!!! If it comes with their meal stop being so cheap and just give it to the kids. Don't put it on the menu if you don't plan to give it out.!

Always always enjoy the Ale house everything is usually a five star. Today however the hostess was not the best. We arrived at 1:15 and were told that it would be a 20 min wait. We could wait by the bar or outside. We told her we would be outside. We never left our spot. She came out 3 times while we were waiting once for Tara no show and then to ask us if the couple sitting on the bench next to us left. Which we told her the did. At the 30 min mark my husband went in to ask how much longer. A few more then you sir - was what we were told. 15 mins more Sara was called. Again my husband went in and asked she said two more then you. We waited another 15 mins at this point it’s an hour and now 2:30. She told us she called us at 2.15 and marked us a no show. Seriously. We interacted with her several times. She never came out and said our name. Needs to step up her game. Totally.

Good place to hang out with some friends. Kristen our server was very helpful. Kept coming over regularly and asking if we needed anything. When we asked questions about the menu she was helpful with the answers.

1st time at this Miller's. Good service, good food. They need to clean the menus and clean the tables down better. Big place, lots of TVs.

Great food, service and value! We love the zingers; we never come without getting an order to share. My husband loves the 35 fried shrimp. Try them tossed in medium zinger sauce for an extra kick! The portions are so big and the value is awesome so be prepared to take home leftovers. This is our go to place anytime when we don't feel like cooking.

Kitchen and bar we totally disorganized. Took forever to get drinks. Food was not what was ordered. I told the server we would not be back and the manager avoided our table like the plague. Not even an apology. So much for customer service. I'm done Miller's. You're the worst.

Don't know why we keep giving this place a chance. Never again. I'd say 75% of the time there is a problem with our orders. This last visit, my fiance ordered a cobb salad which came with chicken and shrimp. We were a party of 3, all of out meals came to the table at the same time, however the chicken and shrimp on the cobb salad were Stone Cold. Sent it back to be "remade", all seemed well, my Fiance was about 1/4 way through eating the salad when i piece of hair was noticed on the underside of a piece of lettuce. Who knows how many she ate before that. They did take it off the bill, by the way the waitress said she would have them take both salads off the bill.. Uhh, well i hope so, this implied that if the second salad was good enough to eat we would have been billed for both.. It's happened before. Didnt have the time to reorder and wait for it so my Fiance left still hungry. It has been more than 3 strikes, sorry not sorry Ale House, you're out! NEVER AGAIN.

My wife and I stopped in to have a quick bite to eat, our waiter Mark went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us on a special dinner order. We discovered Miller's a couple of months ago and it has become our favorite place to go for good food and exceptional service.

Have some really good promos Monday through Friday. Lobster on Wednesday's I think other days steak or prime rib. If you do not like noise from childish adults do not go on a Saturday or Sunday. Or any sports event time. The stupidity is really something. Tuesdays through Friday's early on Friday, before the Madarin drinking stupidity starts. Any way food is good service is good on the slower times. Other then that Ruby Tuesdays is a really good place to go.
