The staff are really nice. I know it because I stayed here for a week. The breakfast lady is so kind. Room was great, the bed wanst hard at all.the only thing that needs is more Spanish channels.

Our room was fine. The staff was ok. The roof near the elevator started pouring in water during a torrential rain storm. This was a bit concerning but it was completely cleaned up and unnoticeable by morning. It rained so much the pool and hot tub flooded so the kids were bummed but they don't control the weather. Breakfast was good!

Decent but not great. The rooms are clean and quite but that's about it. The elevator was broken down on and off for multiple days. The bathroom was very small and not veru comfotable or functional. The food they have for breakfast is pretty horrible unfortunately. I think with a few changes this place could be good. One saving grace is it is located by a lot of different food choices and things to do.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well built with the creative structure and an interesting architecture that I really appreciate. The staff seem to be very kind and helpful at any given moment. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming although there were many many options so that was at least a plus. The rooms are quite large and I enjoyed that they featured a nice fold-out couch, though I did not use the fold out portion. The kitchenette design was quite nice and I appreciated the second sink as well as the extra paper plates and napkins that were provided by the staff. The bathroom was fairly clean although it look like it needed updated a bit. There were some stains on the tub and a little bit of rust. You could tell that the grout needed to be redone in the bathtub and really the whole thing just needed revamped. The toiletries were Bath & Body Works which I really appreciate because they smell really good and do a good job. The water pressure was fantastic and I never ran out of hot water once. The TV was well-maintained and functional and they provided a channel list which was very nice. There were not enough plug-ins near the bed and I did have to unplug a lamp, sort of typical with older hotels, or at least hotels that were updated in the 90s and you could really tell that they hadn't thought that everyone would have hundreds of charging cables at this point. The worst part about this, the bed. This was probably the single most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in my entire life. I actually got an extra comforter and used the mattress cover and sheets and pillows from the extra bed that were in the closet to make it soft enough that I could actually sleep in. It creaked a lot and I could feel every single spring in my back and side. I have never in my life slept on something so uncomfortable other than perhaps a floor with a sheet over it. It was also quite low to the ground which I felt was a bit unusual and I think they really just needed updating. The pillows were quite nice and plush as tip is typical with the Holiday Inn brand and the different firmness of the pillows was also quite Pleasant. Overall the hotel itself was fantastic and I would stay there again, assuming they had gotten new beds that were much softer and were more in line with the more recently updated Holiday Inn hotels that are currently around that I've stayed in.

Hotel was close to Tuscon Mall, that is why I picked it. But that was all that was good about it. The front desk person was not friendly nor helpful.
I think she could of used more training! How to get to our room, where is the elevator, where was the best place to park?? Simply things, but mean alot when you have been traveling. The bed! What can I say about the hard rock bed? Nothing. I don't normally leave a review, but thought everyone should know before you book at this hotel.

Location was fine, amenities were very adequate, wifi was fast enough and the included breakfast was better than expected. The coffee and pillows weren't there best, but those are minor issues.

Terrible customer service! Not only were we tired from the travel, but we have a babyrequested a crib, AND guess what?! We were told we had to bring the crib up to the room ourselves! Plus our luggage and the stroller are you F***ing kidding me?! On top of that my husband went to ask for an ice bucket since there wasn't one in our room, guy at front desk says "let me look in the back" takes forever to come back and says "there's none in the back but I can go to another room to get you one" seriously? The day after I leave for the day, but I went around looking for an employee to advise her I was leaving. She asked "are you checking out?" I said not til tomorrow she said "OK". Come back to the room, no housekeeping came by at all! The carpet in the room probably hasn't been washed in years. Bed was awful. Pool not heated and poor lighting.

The breakfast is awful! Go to McDonalds or Starbucks. There is no restaurant for dinner and no bar. It is convenient for Wal-Mart and Tucson Mall. There is also no laundry service; the hotel stopped providing it some time ago. Only a self-serve laundromat is available; if you have time.

The rooms are clean, but the a.c. is noisy and my colleague's room fridge didn't work.

Not up to Hilton Inn Express standards.

Rooms were very nice and service was great. Breakfast was the same every morning, but good. Coffee was very good and they tried to keep up with making the cookies. They were very good about switching rooms after the first night (we were in the handicapped room) and taking care of our personal belongings while we were sightseeing.

It was a sleepless weekend as the room above me was noisy the entire weekend . The front desk manager actually went to the guest room and they still didn't quiet down I have phoned the manager all week and emailed and she had yet to return my call. Will not stay here again.

Amenities are nice but the rooms are not well taken care of. Beds are uncomfortable, the springs are broken and unsupportive. The tub had peeling paint, someone's hair in it, mold at the top, shower head was rusted over. Had the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still came in while I was there.
