  Lovely well presented villa complex in a good location in kissamee for nearby restaurants and supermarkets. You will need to drive or get a cab to get to any nearby outlets. We had a brill stay here our villa was pretty good and I'd recommend the complex when visiting Orlando.

  Nice quiet community that has 200 homes with screened in pools. It's 15 min from Disney, 45 min to Universal and Busch Gardens.

  This place is very quiet and tranquil. Upset as we have got to go home. People are very friendly here and the sun is 98% of the time shining.

  My family from out of town came down and stayed at a rental here and its beautiful and everyone just enjoying the weather/ summer.

  The house was very Nice and comfortable.
  The Kitchen was well équiped.
  
  The pool maintenance was left to,discretion,
  The first day we found a dead rat in the skimmer which had been dead for quit a long time, at least what was left of it
  A group,of persons came in the afternoon after my complaint and disinfected the pool.
  No,use to,say that I was a very upset camper
