Would not recommend, much better hotels to choose from in the area.
Not very clean, refrigerator didn’t work, room floors are tiled and very cold feeling for ambiance.

Concierge was very friendly and accommodating. I expected a few more amenities considering it was an extended stay, but they were by request. The beds were decently comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Never fall for the cheap price this chain provides. Its not worth it. Rude behaviors, no elevators, dirty room and noisy restroom. The worst experience ever had. Very poor management! Will never ever choose this!

Terrible. We had trouble from the beginning. No working phone in the room for a week, denied for housekeeping when requested, and when I asked if I could pay for a late checkout (because we had sod our house and had too many personal belongings to fit in our car in a single trip) not only was I rejected but they were going to almost double the rate and charge another day. I do not recommend staying here. There are far better places within a short distance. UPDATE: Since our experience here we have stayed 2 more times both of which were much more pleasant. The management has been more attentive to our general needs. Overall I have changed from a 1 star to 3 star

Nice room, very clean! Accommodating to our requests, as far as, extra blankets or dishes, etc. But, our AC stopped working during 121 heat for two nights. We didn't get any sleep at night and it was miserable during the day, as well. We asked for a free night or a discount to compensation for it and they wouldn't do it.

I booked through Priceline and obtained a great rate. Room was very clean, has sofa, desk, kitchen with stove, microwave abd refrigerator. Free WiFi. Staff was very friendly. Located on Bell Road with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Great value fir the money!

Came over with a group of friends for a tournament. Was not pleased when I entered. Hallway on the first floor smells like urine. Opened the room to find a kitchen occupying a quarter of the room. No pots or pans in sight to actual cook something in the kitchen. Opened some drawers to find a pack of Marlboro cigarettes that a previous visitor left behind. I believe that Hellen Keller would be able to tell that it is an awful place to spend your nights. Have no absolute clue how it is called Extended Stay because I couldn't imagine staying there for longer than an hour.

The night we get there to check in they said we booked the room for one night when we had confirmation for 7. We didnt know if wed have a place to stay until the next day. The room was not clean and smelled like cat urine. There were brown stains on the bathroom wall.

Staff extremely accommodating. Great room. Excellent stay. Location okay, but I did not like the parking. We had to pay for parking. The hotel only provided valet parking, which was costly. Parking cost at this location,
