Very disappointed. I have never been treat this bad at a vet place before. The vet was very rude and told me that I did not know how to take care of my dog and that I should take her to the pound. When I was going there to get my dog help. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. They treat you like you are dumb and don't know anything. When she came out to give me my dog Med she said " you are abusing this dog by not taking her to the pound" this was very unprofessional of her. I left the vet place in tears. Never in my life have I been treat this badly at a place of business.

I take all 5 of my dogs to lewiston vet. They are always good to us and flexible. They are sweet with my nervous baby and will see on short notice for emergencies.

I saw a large snapping in the road on Lincoln Street today and turned around so I could try to help it across the road and when I got closer to it a man had also pulled over to help. We both could see that he must have bee hit by a vehicle . His shell was cracked in places and bleeding. He was scared of us and was able to walk away from us. The gentlemen who had stopped was very brave and picked him up. I had a milk crate in my car so we used that and the man called Denise at this vet hospital She told us to bring the turtle here. That they had worked on turtles before. She said they also have other people they can call to help if necessary. So he is there right now being tended by a veterinarian. Thank you to Larry who stopped to help this wounded turtle and thank you to this place for being able and willing to help. .

we got a new dog from the animal shelter and thought we would try taking our dog to a closer vet. When we got there we were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist who was very argumentative. she was annoyed at a dog barking int the waiting room (she works at a vet hospital should be use to this by now). the visit with the doctor and vet tech were not much better. the while talking to the vet tech the rude receptionist kept barging in and telling us we did not tell her the right shelter that we got our dog at. we told her no less than twice and gave her the number. she then barged in again and told us we couldn't have gotten our dog there because there was no record of it she called the wrong humane society. the doctor then came in and was not personable at all. she also implied we were incompetent because she thought we had his harness on wrong it is a gentle leader harness that connect to the leash in front, she took it off and put it back on backwards so it connected in back.they sell this product in the lobby with clear instructions we had it on wright. I did not see the point in arguing with her but it seems to me if you sell the product you should know how to use it. I would rather drive the 30 miles to our other vet then return here
