Calling about an emergency you ask more then two questions or a ball park max idea of price highest possible, they hang up on you! Second 1 today to do so try to say thank you have a great day, click, before u can try to be respectful by saying have a great day they hang up great customer service! Really great job guys! 1 word to describe them DISRESPECTFUL! 👎👎👎👎

We had to take our dog here last night. It is an emergency clinic, so I knew going into it that it would cost more than a regular vet visit, but it still wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be considering it was 2:00am. The person on the phone was sympathetic and helpful and the whole team was professional from beginning to end. They went the extra mile to care for our do (Harriet) and explained everything they were doing, including the cost so there were no surprises at the end. The vet answered all of our questions and explained all the tests and treatments in a way that was easily understood. I would definitely take any of my pets here if the need ever arises again. Thank you for taking care of our baby!

Thank u all so very much for all the care u gave to our Shelby..we truly appreciate all u did to save her..I can't say enough good things about all of u..a special thanks to Dr Erich and dr Anna for everything they did for our shelby..I would recommend you to anyone in need of excellent animal medical services.

they helped my dog .they pulled her k9 teeth where they were flattened by a car . they were very caring and loving and truly cared about my animal it was not about the money there . it is a great place to go for an emergency with your pet !

As an owner of an elderly cat, it's pretty scary when symptoms go from "normal old cat" to "is this the night?" This place was fantastic- from talking me through signing up for care credit to getting me seen right away. Their calmness rubbed off on me, and they were great about getting me quick answers- sometimes before I'd even asked the question. They diagnosed my kitty quickly, let me know that it wasn't deadly as soon as they knew, and got me on my way with compassion. Great communication and fantastic people all around.

They essentially killed my rabbit, Abby. She was very weak, seemed to not have eaten, no movement in her hind legs, barely moving. Of course they didn't have a rabbit specialist but they "did their best to help." After deducing nothing was wrong with her stomach or digestive track, they offered to do an x-ray but the cost was just $30 more than we had at the time (I got paid the following day). So instead of helping us, they just stared at us blankly until we decided we would go to another place the following morning to check her spine. We left with medicine intended for a dog, told to fill the lb syringe past the 14 mark and give it to Abby. Not 10 minutes later she seized in my arms, screaming, and died. The first and last time I ever travel out of my way to this terrible place. So unless you have $200 laying around and a dog/cat with no life threatening issues, don't go to this place. You will be left with "oh it wasn't our fault, your pet must have been ill." Thanks for telling me she was fine and then blaming her death on an illness you said she didn't have. Disgusting.

They took good care of my dog who had dislocated her hip. However, people didn't seem overly friendly or happy to see us. Money was the main topic

My kitty came down with bladder stones and was very sick .The prices were outrageous,they cut all the services down so I could afford something to help him. The vet offered for me to surrender him and they would fix him and find him a new home.That was horrible .I love my cat. That was uncalled for and mean.

They were very good to us at the end of our cat's life. They offered pre-pay, sedation, and multiple options for dealing with our pet's body without me even needing to request any of it. The office does not have the most private building layout, but the staff were all very kind and understanding. Their fees were very reasonable and should I ever require their services again, I would not hesitate to go here.

My cat was very ill in the middle of the night and I was in a panic, but the receptionist guided me to the hospital on the phone and was very calm and compassionate. Everyone there was kind, helpful, and professional; they also answered my follow-up questions over the phone. They also tried to stay within my budget while prescribing medications that could help him feel better.
