We have just signed up as new customers, and right off the bat we felt that we would be known by name right away and receiving the best and most affordable service options available. The multiple options is nice to consider and decide what meets our needs best. The added bells and whistles, like a credit to start for being a new customer were unexpected, and the customer service was fantastic. All our questions were answered and we felt very well informed.

Both of you need to acutally have the facts before you write a review. Dead River Company does charge .20 a gallon when you are on the EasyCap. They do not charge it twice as you stated. You can chose to opt out of this type of program. They do offer many options. In regards to the propane, Dead River does not charge to pick up your tank. This is free of charge and they do refund you if you have any product in the tank and don't owe them money. There is no hidden fees with Dead River. They are upfront with you from the beginning and have FANTASTIC service!

Be aware that when you are on Easy Cap and other delivery services- you are charged a .20 per gallon on top of all the other service fees for your oil. It does not say that anywhere. You are charged for your service contract, charged for your easy cap insurance plus you pay the .20 additional per gallon for it being a full service company. Though they have great service people should be aware of how much they are paying for it.

They charge to set up Propane service, then they charge if you use too little Propane ($75), then when you cancel the service, they charge to remove the tank ($80). Do not use this company for fuel oil, propane, or burner service, their charges are outrageous. There are many other companies in the area that provide great service for a much better price.
