Never again. We stayed here to escape Hurricane Irma. Room 325. The room smelled so musty, we Fabreezed it several times ourselves which didn't help. Our clothes smelled when we left it was so strong. Front desk charged our credit card two extra times for extra days. They corrected the problem after I complained, but it took a couple days for the charges to be credited back to us. Front desk employees take smoke breaks right outside the door so you have to walk through it on occasion. They don't clean the rooms every day and you have to get your own towels from the front desk.

The suburban became our home away from home for almost a year. Conveniently located, reasonably priced , clean rooms and a staff that went above and beyond taking care of us. Panama City suburban Extended stay staff, thank you!

For the price, this place really can't be beat! Stayed here with my husband and our 14-month-old. 20 minutes to Pier Park, and 10 minutes from St. Andrews. The kitchen appliances appeared to be all fairly new, and a bare-bones set of plates, bowls, cups and utensils got us through the week. We did end up purchasing a $3 egg pan at walmart and brought our own dishsoap and paper towels. Pillows are a bit lumpy, but again we brought our own, and the beds are ok if not a little squeaky. The bathroom was clean and hot water was never a problem. There's a trash can at the end of the hall to dump trash when it gets full, and coffee 24/7 downstairs. If you need anything you can pretty much just go to the front desk. Don't expect too much, the low price means less housekeeping and no pool. For us it though, it was perfect.

Very clean rooms and excellent location to the beach. No breakfast or pool but outside of that nice. Had to get front desk clerk up from eating McDonald's to check us in. Not very personable front desk clerk

Horrible. My husband and I went here to spend our honeymoon and be close to a beach. The only good thing about this place is the location. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to stay here. You can tell the money doesn't go back into the place. Lights in the room didn't work and had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Black fuzzy mold and fungi was growing out of the shower head. Rooms smelled molded and they have the nerve to be non smoking with this going on. Unless you don't mind probably leaving with an infection I wouldn't stay here. Can't believe they had us pay a $50 deposit. We should've had them pay us a deposit for staying the one night we did stay since no other place was available till the AM.

We have stayed here for the last 6 years when we come down for a quick deep sea fishing trip. We arrive late Friday evening (around 11pm) and checkout early Sunday morning. Every year we stay it seems to get worse and worse. Towels; they give you TWO. You can't get anymore because that's the "policy". If you want to exchange a dirty or wet one you have to physically bring it to the front desk. Pillows; what pillows! Our king bed had 3 pillows, if you'd even call it that. They were squares, the standard size pillow cases didn't even fit on them. It literally looked like a throw pillow you'd have on your couch. Saturday when we got done fishing (around 4:00) we arrived to the hotel and got into the elevator, there obviously had been a spill of a sticky substance. The hotel put up a "wet floor" sign. when we left Sunday morning (9:00) the sticky substance and sign was still there. No one had cleaned it up. We will NOT stay here again.

Room was comfortable. 15 minutes drive to the beach. Housekeeping is limited to once a week, but the front desk was helpful at all times. All essentials utensils also provided in room.
