Had a lake view room. We had five and they accommodated us with a roll away in addition to the two queens for only $25 a night. Parking easy and free. Lobby was really nice. The service was good. A lovely place to stay.

Awesome place to come for a weekend getaway! The room was beautiful as well as the grounds. Restaurants and shops were well within walking distance and there is also a great restaurant on site. There is a pool, jucuzzi and private beach to enjoy. Also spa and massage services. My husband and I went kayaking and our tour guide was fun and informative. We enjoyed our weekend stay and will definitly be back!

Ticks all the boxes.. Two night's stay in a Lakeside room was the perfect end to a difficult week. A wonderful hotel, great atmosphere, fabulous staff, stunning views and comfortable rooms. A delightful find

Staff was very friendly and quick to resolve issues, the overall ambiance was woodsy, yet upscale. The lobby was clean, has a nice entrance, plenty of parking, the room was neat, clean, i loved the shampoo/conditioner/lotion scent. A brisk walk to the lake and local shopping, which i advise any time after 9:30 am, as parking at the gift shops/restaurants becomes extremely limited during peak hours.

Nice place, very quiet and picturesque but it seems that the owners want to squeeze a little more profit. First Marriott property I've been to as an elite atatus holder that only offered continental breakfast, the rooms could use a refresh. The people seems nice enough, the wait staff were reasonably good and the food was tasty if not a little over priced even for a hotel. I probably wouldn't visit again because it was a destination for us, but for those local it would offer a nice change of scenery.

I would absolutely not recommend coming here. Take the extra couple miles and keep going up to big bear. The room was standard for an overpriced place. The tv barely worked my husband had to Jerry-rig the back for it to work properly.

We went to try their restaurant and went to sit outside and there were nats everywhere. They didn't have the heaters on at 7pm and 60 degrees out which would of helped the bugs and they charged $40 for a steak. So we left and went into town.

We ended up ordering room service and everything was bad. The guacamole, the tomato bisque the club House all was horrible. My 9 year old son didn't even like it.

I get a bill and we only stayed the one night instead of two so when they dropped off the bill they were going to credit us $125. Then I called them and they said no we aren't going to now.

For the price of this hotel I wouldn't stay. The town isn't anything special. Just keep going up to big bear. Period.

The hotel is great. Room service, always a plus. Food yummy. Spa, Jacuzzi, pool, steam room, all good and clean. Keep in mind, there is not a lot to do up here, but it's scenically fantastic and very relaxing.

My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday. We've been here a few times before and love it. The dining experience is very nice but it is pricey. The only problem we've had on this trip is the adjoining room. We don't know the family but we sure do hear them. Early in the morning (4am feeding) and 7am we hear the infant crying. He/she has woken us up a couple times. We're going to request a different location.

The interior is great! I stopped by to use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the interior was compared to the exterior of the building. The staff that I interacted with were friendly. I would definitely consider staying here if I lived further.

Beautiful location. Well-maintained and well-rounded hotel. Did not spend any time in the Spa but it seems nice as well.

My cousin was married here, my experience with this hotel is limited to the wedding and reception. The facility was beautiful, and I understand they took care of the bride and groom well on the day. The food was great, and reception area was lovely. Overall it was a nice wedding and good experience.

The resort is so nice, as soon as you walk in you feel the warmth of the space nested next to the lake and among the trees. The room accommodations are nice and the beds are so comfy! The business area has a computer and printer, the lobby serves delicious lemon and blackberry water, and the lobby had a nice sitting area near the fireplace. It's only a short walk to he lower village where you will find restaurants and shops along the water. Everything you need is on the resort!

Found a good rate and stopped in here on a recent road trip back to Northern California. We came in from Phoenix and were planning to do a full day’s drive up to NorCal the following morning so wanted a comfortable, but reasonably convenient place to stop for the night. This was definitely a detour off the main highways, but we got tired of staying at roadside motels so figured an extra 45 minutes of driving was worth it. Plus, having heard about Lake Arrowhead growing up, I’ve always had a lingering curiosity about what it was like so decided it was finally time to see it in person. Anyhow, the resort is big and seems recently updated. The lobby is grand - though has a bit of a strange layout with the floor numbering and access between floors being less intuitive than one would expect. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and clean. We had a view of the lake, which was nice, but probably not able to be fully taken advantage of given that it was low season and the lake (and town) were basically empty. Most impressive was the restaurant (where we had breakfast) - which had a great buffet and nice decor.

I traveled here for a wedding and stayed over night. It's up in the mountains near a lake. What a beautiful view you can get here. Just driving around the resort is amazing. The room I stayed in was a 2 bed room, it was big and cozy. They have cable and a nice window to look outside with a great view. Inside looks amazing. the employees all were very kind and very helpful in every way possible I give them lots appreciation. I really recommend this for an over night stay vacation, or any social event you might need. The price is worth the while.
