When we stayed there they were doing some renovations to the first floor (re-tiling). Our room was spacious and relatively comfortable. The furniture is old and stained-looking. The bathroom needs updating. The walls allow you to hear your neighbors (my adult daughter heard the couple next door being intimate at 3 am).

In general the place is fine, the guys serving breakfast in the morning are extremely rude and to top it off they speak a lot of profanity in Spanish, totally unacceptable.
Now I am changing my review to 1 star but it would actually be 0, desk guy by a name of Gerrold, I bring the issue of no parking available, and his solution to me is to park on the street, and if I didn't like it to go somewhere else, bringing up this issue was not respectful to him and started yelling at me, this is after being a guest for 5 weeks. Nice big room! Place was being renovated. Shower head could use replacing and the sink clogged. Luckily the room had two sinks. Comfy beds. Breakfast was basic but okay.

Location and room were fine. Room was clean and kept nice by the service team. The hotel itself looked a little run down. Door numbers were cut out of paper and taped to the doors. The lobby and elevator we're kinda dingy. Breakfast was sparse consisting mainly of eggs, toast, and cereal. Not much fruit or other options. Staff were very friendly.

The room is more than adequate. Nice big bed. Cold A.C. spacious room. However the pool and common areas are closer to a 2 star review. I'm sure after the renovation things will look great, but I'm caught in the middle of a restoration.

Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time,pool towels were always available, clean and spacious rooms with enough towels to have three showers over all it was a great vacation .thank you

Although they were undergoing renovations we still had a good stay. Staff was friendly room was clean. Good little get away for the family.

it was a cozy stay. Room was nice, amenities were good. Feels like breakfast can be little better even though it wasn't as bad, but compared to everything else. The staffs were great, always smiling. The TV swivel which was perfect, can watch from couch or bed with just a little push. I had crew of 12 people, everybody seems happy about their rooms. good place.

Not good. Rooms are outdated, sort of dank. Linens are cheap. Breakfast is bad, not a lot of healthy options. Room had cigarette burns in the carpet.
On the positive, the staff is really nice, very accommodating. The Afternoon staff that runs the week night reception is great. The cook at breakfast is very nice, super helpful and makes a pretty good omelette.response / report this review
