Nice, clean hotel with expected ameneties. 10 minute walk from ontario convention center and very close to a number of restaurants.

The service is nice, the rooms are a decent size not too small or large. The location is okay, but some of the rooms have a bad view out the window. The rooms have a bed that is kind of small, and the shower is pretty strong that kind of stings a bit.

This was a lunch at the grill and it was like dining in a beverly hills restsurant. So fancy without the high prices. Great food. I would recommend this place

Staff is very pleasant. Room is a bit noisy with the AC noise. There is also quite a bit of sound from the hallways. Other than that little to no complaints. It was pleasant staying there.

This is one of the better hotels near the convention center. It isn't really close though. If walking at night I'd get a Lyft or an Uber, especially for women.

This hotel was a big deal twenty years ago. It isn't as big a deal now. But if going to a convention or looking for a cheap place to stay that is relatively safe and desirable, this place still fits the bill.

The employees Were great. They aimed to please. Rooms were clean the bed was comfortable the pillows were awesome and on the sixth floor you received a continental breakfast which included scrambled eggs bacon sausage potatoes waffles amongst the other muffins toast Etc in the evening they had a light meal which was also good rice chicken tortilla salsa salad along with some desserts

Nice place to stay, very close to the airport. Was supposed to have two queen beds they seemed more like full-sized instead. And wished it had a fridge and/or a microwave. Would stay again.

Good location, nice gym.. breakfast is basically continental but it's like $14 here so be aware.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Fitness center was small with some equipment that was broken. Restaurant should be open longer to accommodate east coast travelers not on the California time zone. Otherwise I am on stay.

Pleasant and comfortable. Bathroom includes a magnifying mirror. Location convenient to freeway and airport, yet still quiet.

Positive experience. Clean and comfortable. The bedding was great. Had a room on the concierge floor. Seemed identical to other rooms except you had access to the concierge lounge. Fitness center was smaller but well equipped. Another smaller room was across the hall with more equipment. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was average to slightly above average. Good service. The chairs in the restaurant need to be replaced. Positive stay.
