Good hotel. Great service. Good maids. Breakfast. Under construction so hopefully they replace Carpet and furniture. Beds were clean though.

This Days Inn in Wayne was priced very well and had a discount for stays over 2 nights through Orbitz.
The people at the front desk are very nice, accommodating and helpful. I had booked my room with only 1 queen bed by accident and they gave me a room with 2 queens due to me having a surgical procedure and needing to the extra to be able to rest peacefully seperate from my Aunt.
Close to all major highway connectors, easy access to NYC, shopping, malls in area & food shopping, etc.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
Although we did not have breakfast here, they offer fruits, cereal, bagels & pastries, coffee and tea which all looked nice & fresh.
There's a pool (closed for the time we stayed) it looks clean and fun if you travel during pool season.
* Overall I'm happy with my choice, the price was great, it served the purpose, we felt safe and In was very convenient.
* It felt slightly outdated but all in all, need be, I'd stay again here.response / report this review -

Where do I start,
1) welcomed to the lobby with some sort of room freshener to cover the
cigarette smoke
2) dirty elevator with broken floor tile
3) torn and loose carpet in the second floor hallway
4)garbage bag behind the curtain on the floor
5)stains on the walls
6)squished roach on the wall under the desk area
7)no phone or phone book in the room
8)broken lampshade
9)dirty windows
10)no bathroom door knob
11)no toilet paper in the holder but they did have a full roll on the counter
12)facial tissue box in the bathroom was empty
13)dirty bathtub and mat, both had mold on them
14)very strange people hanging out in the breakfast and computer areas.
15)in the morning the second floor hall was littered with shredded paper,

Where to start, these people forgot to mention that they were in the middle of remodeling. The noise level was unbearable. It felt like bed bugs were crawling on me while laying down. The vent in the bathroom was covered in mold and dust. The room stunk like mildew. The ceiling had cracks. And we even killed a bug and a spider. They charged my card twice and swore up and down that it wasn't a mistake. Had to get my bank involved where they refunded me that payment. Horrible hotel. Beware!

Housekeeping is next to nonexistent. Mold in the bathroom, loose fixtures and dirty build-up on the tile. Smoke alarm hanging from the wall. The breakfast area is not clean either. The bed was not bad though and the sheets seem clean. Don't think I'll be back.

Convenient but not very clean place to stay. Very old mattress, mold in tub and dirty carpet. Too much money for what you are getting. I would not choose to stay here again.

My family and I were visiting Warkik NY. and this hotel was one of suggest for people who are visiting Bethel Warwick. It is practical not too far, room clean, and a good breakfast. I recommend for people who are not to picky.

I'll start with the pros: the floor is exceptionally clean for a hotel, and the room is incredibly spacious. The beds are clean and relatively comfortable, and the A.C. functions properly. There's a TV, safe, fridge, and microwave. And now for the cons: aside from the carpet and bed, the room is filthy. The tub is filled with rust and soap stains, and it looks like the towels weren't cleaned. Three of the five towels in our room still had hair in them. The walls need to be repainted and the siding is falling off (both inside the rooms and in the hallways). The furniture is cheap and in dire need of an upgrade. The breakfast is anemic, but still relatively passable.

This hotel was horrible. No hot water the first night. Also the room was very dirty. The tub and sink had permanent stains. I will never go back.

It needs a modern renovation really bad. There was mold and mildew in our rooms. The carpet had large red soiled spots. Some of the sliding glass doors did not close or lock. The dining room remains to be desired. The elevator had a loud continuous sound while in operation. Maybe it needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

-As soon as I walked in my room and turned the light on, it flickered on and off the whole time, so I just shut it off.
-I walk In the bathroom and there is about 2 inches of grody bath water sitting there. The tub itself looked like it could use a good cleaning.
-The toilet ran after flushing, which required a jiggle on the handle.
-The AC blows in your face at night so I shut that off.
-That night someone was trying to use their key to get into my room by mistake. Not really the hotel's fault, but it woke me up and I had to be up early.
-The room door doesn't shut all the way on its own and you have to make sure your room is shut tight when you come and go, so people don't accidentally come in who mistake your room for theirs.
-When I came back to my room the next day, the room service left the room nice and tidy, except for the weird red stuff sitting on the end of the comforter of my bed.
-On a positive note, the staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
-Overall the hotel could use a face-lift in the lobby, hallways, and rooms. Even just general maintenance of the plumbing, fixtures, and electric would really help.
-It was cheap and I knew I wasn't going to get amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and other things, but I do expect that what I do get to be In proper working order and that it be neat and clean. I was I was in a pinch, so I guess you get what you pay for. I'm not overly picky and I don't have the highest of standards, but Next time I'm in the area I'll be spending a little bit more money for a hotel that has a bit higher standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.response / report this review -

Nice hotel. Good breakfast with fresh ny style bagels. Nice clean rooms. Friendly service and nice location. Food in area but there is about 3 miles to them.
