Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and the bed was clean and soft. There was an indoor pool that was heated nicely. Like warmer than usual which was really nice. They also had a sauna and hot tub. Breakfast was included in our room fee and was pretty good. All the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again soon
Beautiful, modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very nicely appointed bathrooms. We checked in very late after a grueling trip. A food service staff member explained that the restaurants were closed but the kitchen was open. We ordered sandwiches which were delicious and were delivered to our room in no time flat. Two hungry, cranky travelers went to bed happy and slept like babies. A great example of what the hospitality business should be.
The hotel is pretty nice but has the same issue as many of the actual Hilton hotelsit's older. It has been renovated over the years, but parts still show that it's older. No real issues with the hotel. A bit of walking to get down the halls to the elevator and even more halls to many of the rooms.
We had a great time! Our room was clean and the staff was every helpful and polite when we accidentally demagnetized our room keys Twice! (Oops) Can't wait to go back next year !
Our room was perfect for the night we stayed. The entire room was clean and we'll put together. Furniture allowed comfortable relaxing and the bed a good place to put your head at night. Hotel staff was very friendly and well accommodating. The gift shop was even stocked perfectly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in this area.
Nice location and big meeting rooms. Place was clean and service was attentive. Food was not anything special; was a bit on the saltier side
Awful service. We got charged 30$ for movie watching but we never even turned the TV on, we were in the room for less than 24 hours.
Fantastic grounds. As the bride, staff was very friendly and attentive. Alex was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any calls or emails. Suite was spacious enough for 12 people to get ready in plus the hair and makeup team.
Only complaint is for size of rooms should be a lower price
Nice hotel and good amenities. The food and drinks were good. They were out of a few key mixers (ginger beer for a mule special). The site advertises a playground, but there was none, the walking paths were ok. The pools were nice and in great condition.
We had a horrible experience here, all because of one of the managers; Adam Portnoff.
We used a meeting room that was open and unlocked to have a quick meal, we cleaned up perfectly and on our way out we ran into Adam who started yelling maniacally and threatening to call the police because we used the room. We did not know it had to be booked in advance, the group that left the room before us told us they just walked in. By the time we left it was cleaner than how it was before we came.
An hour later he outright discriminated against our religion in-front of our (we were a group of 8) wives and kids while he was laughing and taking a video of the ordeal.
He also threatened to charge us $1000 for apparently throwing rocks into the pool but he failed to show the video proof that he said he had. (we did not throw rocks in the pool)
The fire alarm went off at 1AM on Sat.night. After an hour of waiting outside we finally make our way back to our room when Adam and two firefighter chiefs ran up to me and my wife in the hallway and accused me of setting off the alarm, even-though the room that started the alarm wasn't part of my group. No apologies we given.
At check out, we realized he added a $500 charge to our room for using the meeting room. Only after the police came and we threatened to bring up discrimination charges did he drop the charge and threw us out of the hotel.
The hotel itself is nice and has nice grounds.
Everything was neat and well kept. The only issue we had was the toilet in the bathroom of our room was broken as it would run constantly. The bar was expensive but the service was ok par with the cost. I would definitely stay again.
Service was great. Staff was friendly and professional. My only 'complaint'was that the executive lounge wasn't open. As a HHonors Gold Card member it's a benefit that I always look forward to both for pre dinner drinks and for breakfast. Not having it opened for either was a disappointment. However, the rest of our stay was great.
Ballrooms are nice & spacious but food provided by Hilton is 3 out of 5 Workers are kind and welcoming tho
Hotel is disgustingly dirty, carpets not clean dirty dishes from room service not picked up for days. Stay away
Nestled in the beauty that's near the New York state border, this place is amazing. I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and have to say it's become one of my favorites in the northern NJ area. Clean, comfortable beds with an amazing shower make this a place to visit. My experience was also topped by some great room service and exceedingly friendly room service staff who were prompt and courteous. While a bit pricey, I think I'd save up just to make the return here should we found ourselves travelling back.
