I stayed here recently with a few friends from pur of town. Check in was fast and the front desk was very kind and respectful. Rooms were well kept and comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again if the chance comes up.

Our family of 4 stayed the week here, and it was great. The house keepers kept our room tidy and clean everyday. They placed my daughter's stuffed animals on her bed everyday so she would see them when we got back to our room. The breakfast was good. We went down there a little too late and one lady that worked down there saw us and brought food out. That was nice of her. All around we had a great experience. Safe to say we highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place. Very accommodating employees. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was good. Great place to stay. Close to NYC and a shuttle runs back and forth. Would definately stay again. Never have a problem with Holiday Inn Express at any location.

The hotel is okay at best. Nothing to write home about but definitely a satisfactory stay. Had a small isaue with the toilet but it was resolved promptly without issue. Overall it's everything you expect from a no thrills hotel so for a guest looking to spend a quick night you can't go wrong. If you're looking for something high end this is not your place. I only needed a place to spend the night and for the price and convenience it definitely was worth it.

The person that checked us in was very rude to us. She yelled at us and gave us a lecture on honesty. She was upset because they had 4 rooms booked in our name instead of the two we booked. No matter the reason, you don't treat people like that. The rest of our stay was good, but they need to improve their shuttle. It needs to be more organized. Line people up. Take the ones with the time stated first. Not sure I would use the shuttle again.

This Hotel literally needs to be deep cleaned and remodeled! The Carpets are disgusting and our rooms ceiling had serious water damage! They also need new sheets for their beds cause the ones we had were pretty worn out with stains! Their bath tubs need to be bleached cause they're black!!!!

Breakfast was okay, but their staff was rude when you asked for something.

I have previously spent time in Holiday Inn before, and this Holiday Inn Express was great. It partnered with a shuttle that provided a cheap and very quick way deep into the city. The beds were comfortable and the shower was better than most average hotels. Overall a 4/5.

The hotel is in a great location. Really easy to get transport into Manhattan. The front desk people were trying to sell us on a "Big Bus hop on hop off" bus tour. Even though the hotel was great, better than typical HIE breakfast etc. We lost $90 On the useless bus tour.
Yes to holiday inn express, a big NO to the pushy efforts at selling us the Big Bus tour.

A very utilitarian hotel. The distance to the Park and Ride and/or the shuttle service to Manhattan is the #1 thing to recommend about this property. If you're looking for ease of travel to NYC and don't care about bells and whistles or extras, this is the hotel for you.

The staff is very helpful and shared all information that we were looking for. Sam at the desk was very courteous and helpful. the rooms are bit old, but were perfectly clean so we didn't mind much. Good parking spot available if u stay here. Easy food delivery available in the area.

Give it 4 star for the kind workers. The condition of this hotel is not as good as others with holiday inn's brand. I believe it will be renovate in the future. It could be better

Hotel is "okay". Clean rooms and spacious. Comes with microwave and mini fridge. Staff doesn't seem to be too thrilled about answering guest questions. Shuttle available via 3rd party company but beware- you must make reservations or they won't show at the times advertised on the website. It is cheaper to take the "shuttle" from Super 8 (it's actually public transportation), which is walking distance from the holiday inn and drops you off right by Times Square. You can catch that back to the hotel at Port authority on 43rd. (Beware- the stop for hotels will be right after you cross the Lincoln tunnel back into jersey. Our driver didn't say and we aren't locals so we didn't know when we missed our stop.) I suppose the distance to NYC is okay, but don't expect to get there in 10 minutes cause there will be traffic!
I would probably only stay again if the price is a significant difference from something in NYC. I've stayed at a Hampton Inn a few blocks from Times Square before for about the same price.
