We enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of the free shuttle back and forth to the ferry. Made it very convenient to visit the city. Good restaurants and shops within walking distance too. Would stay again!

I have stayed more than 1,5 months in July-august 2017 here. First thing about my experience is the Wifi. It is a murder. It is terribly terrible even if you purchase premium wifi for 5 usd per day. It does never get better. You cannot even browse your social media accounts. It cannot get worse than here. I cannot tell you how bad it is.
Other than wifi, in general it is a nice hotel. Breakfast is too American and full of sugar, but it is ok. Receptionists are all friendly and very helpful. Free shuttle service and the drivers are good. Room service is generally good. But maids do not speak English. If you do not speak Spanish, it is not easy to communicate with them. I am not sure if it is common for the area.
If you do not need Wifi at all, you can choose this hotel without thinking if it is in your budget. If you somehow need Wifi then you need to think twice.response / report this review -

Lots of technical problems during my stay. Room is nice, hotel itself is very clean and well-kept, but several sub par interactions and fire alarms at odd hours leave something to be desired.

Loved breakfast and social nights. Very nice size of rooms but the mattress of bed and sofa bed were horrible.

Nice area, easy to get around. Amenities were good and appropriate for that price point. We stayed in a suite and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and your typical setup. Restaurants area would get a little crowded in the morning but there were seats to be found. Check in and out were easy as always.

Went to NY with my 2 kids and we finally arrived at 1am to Time Square. I called every hotel on the Google search list in the surrounding cities and vicinity for almost 4 hours and couldn't find a room. Finally , I called this hotel and Robert was able to help me out. It felt like God sent.lol. By 5 am I finally was able to get my kids to rest, we were placed in a suite, the price was unbelievable, beautiful view right next to the water, shopping plaza right next to the hotel, and parking was included. Thank you so very much Robert, you will never know how much I appreciate your assistance because you'll say you were just doing your job, but for myself and my little girls it was God send.

We have been staying here for 33 years and were amazed with the accommodations. The staff could not have been any nicer and professionalism. They ensured yet another great conference and went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Highly recommend for your next event and/or vacation! Thank you
