Mandy from Raleigh was wonderful. Stopped by Embassy Suites Cary for work during the holidays and she was very friendly and informative of things to do around town while I was away. I will definitely be staying next time to enjoy their wonderful staff.

Loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, televisions were nice, and the made-to-order breakfast was great. The indoor pool and spa was also perfect for the kids around the Christmas holiday.

Very professional employees, many aminities; store sauna, exercise room, in/outside pools. Breakfast was above average. Lobby was appealing and inviting. Rooms were clean but dated as was the furniture.

The overall stay was great. I was there with my family for a weekend. The room and it's amenities were on par with my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet with made to order omelets was another nice touch. The hotel is also close to the interstate and RDU Airport.

I went to a conference here and when I got there I thought it was a little jokey looking outside. I looked inside it was one of the most beautiful convention centers I've been in around the triangle. FANTASTIC breakfast.

This is a great hotel with an awesome atrium in the center. The rooms are great with great service and the elevators are pretty quick. The breakfast is fantastic except I wish it started a little earlier on the weekend and went a little later. I would highly recommend staying here.

We've stayed here many times before as it makes a nice weekend getaway for us. The breakfast is phenomenal, especially if you liked made-to-order omelettes. The manager's reception every evening seems too generous. A couple of drinks, and crackers, cheese, pretzels, hummus and a few other tidbits hits the spot. The pool and Patio area are wonderful during those hot summer days. I don't know why but the drain in the sink in the bathroom was running so slow we had to ask someone to come up and fix it which they did. Then I took a shower and I was nearly knee-deep in water when I was done. I've never experienced these problems before so my guess is it's not typical. We will be back!

Very good staff, reasonable prices on food in the hotel restaurant, and a lovely design make this Embassy Suites a very nice place to stay. The furniture in the rooms do look a tad dated but, that really isn't any problem. The only thing that does bother me is the snack offerings at the manager's reception. I absolutely love that they do the reception and the staff working during that time is great. But, each time I've been they have a ranch based dip and hummus but no vegetable sticks. I don't know if that's a standard across the chain unfortunately but I just find that so weird that there are dips but only crackers and pretzels to enjoy it with.

Had a corporate event in their conference rooms. The staff was fantastic and took care of all our needs immediately. The food was especially amazing. Would definitely use this venue again!

Attended a trade show at this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel also booked another small trade show for the same weekend. The space could have accommodated one show adequately. It was hard to maneuver through the halls crowded with tables and people. Signage would have been helpful to minimize confusion. Also, better use of meeting space could have probably managed the congestion. Plenty of parking, clean ballrooms and attentive staff helped ease the tight situation.

Made to order breakfast, omelette, the cook should sautéed all the vegetables before adding the scrambled eggs. Not, cook the eggs first. There is a difference between an omelette and a crape. Other than that, great service all the way around. Need more English speaking employees to understand the customers needs.

My son attended a function in the banquet room and left his suit jacket there 5/26/2017. The hotel does have a web based system for logging the loss which should be effective. However the staff was simply painful to deal with. They were disinterested in helping and essentially anxious to not help. While I understand they are not responsible I would at least assume that they would prefer to help their customers locate the left behind items as this is certainly a daily occurrence. I'd like to thank the desk clerk Sunday morning 5/27 and Bill on the phone at 11:30 Sunday morning 5/27/2017. You pretty much both suck.
