Very disappointed. Our a/c didn't col the room below 75 degrees when we would have been comfortable at 70. They only have double beds or one king bed in a room. No queen size beds. Didn't sleep much the first night. We couldn't control the thermostat at all. And they don't have roll away beds our cots and no extra blankets for when the temp dropped. The didn't offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience and the desk staff had an apathetic attitude, both day and evening staff during Christmas.

Room 323 recently renovated. Great room design. Very comfortable. Outstanding thermostat and a/c. Breakfast was enjoyable. Reported to Front Desk that the toilet seat was broken.

We stayed at La Quinta with a family and we had a great experience. The staff was especially nice and friendly and the manager was professional and extremely friendly as well. Our room and the bathroom were spotless and we really had nothing to complain about. Top it off with an awesome free breakfast and we were good to go. We would and will certainly stay their again when we are back in the area.

Hotel under redecoration in some areas,it did not affect us at all.Good new rooms with a lot of space and all the amenities provided. Good beds and mattresses ,big bathroom and you we could also open the window to have fresh air. Good WiFi breakfast complimentary. Excellent staff.

Newly renovated rooms are lovely. Each room has mini fridge and microwave; desk space and a recliner to put your feet up. They were in the middle of renovations on the lobby so there were a lot of detours. Parking was limited due to the amount of construction going on. Breakfast was good. Waffle maker, bagels, toast, oatmeal, muffins, cold cereal. Beds were pretty comfortable. Staff was nice. They could however have better housekeeping in common areas and you can't count on the washer and dryer herego to a laundromat and save the frustration. All that said I would stay here again.

As a long time visitor of the La Quinta inn we we're somewhat disappointed in our stay this time. Although this certain inn was going through a change to improve the place the construction was a ongoing problem for us. The entrance was block off so visitors could only go through the side and back entrance. Also the back entrance had little to no security so anybody could walk in.granted you need a key to get into the rooms. My grandparents also had issues with there bathroom not being suitable for my disabled grandfather. Construction also made it hard to take out our dog out. We will return once this is all completed next time.

The manager and crew were super nice during hurricaine Irma. We thought we had lost our cat and they came immediately to help us. Room service girls were awesome and sweet. Since this is a pet friendly hotel which is amazing, I would suggest having a few stations with trash cans and plastic bags so guests can pick up after their pets.

Beautiful property the upgraded rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Very friendly and professional staff especially the manager thanks again for all you have done for us. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend this place.

The place has a homey feel. The staff is helpful. There is a computer in the lobby that you may use to print your plane ticket free of charge. The rooms are spacious.
However--and this is a huge however--cleanliness is a deal-breaking issue. At 2 in the morning, a bed bug bit my mother on the face. We saw more moving across our pillows after that. I was glad that we had an early flight and were able to get out of there immediately. We were not charged for the night. The presence of bed bugs ruined what would have otherwise been a very positive experience. Next time, when we're in the area, we will choose a more expensive place with a higher rating than come back here.response / report this review -

Clean, comfortable room. Heated pool and hot tub for relaxing after the day's activity. Pet friendly and pleasant staff. Would certainly recommend.

Wonderful experience. The hotel could use an update, but the room was fine. Large bathroom, king sized bed, comfortable. Next time I stay, I will ask for a room on the even side of the building. The odd side has a lot of street noise. Breakfast M-F 6a-9a. If you are a late sleeper, doors start slamming at 6a so you are not likely to sleep past that time. Breakfast consists of cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bananas, muffins, bagels with cream cheese, orange juice. Coffee and tea available all day. There is 1 computer available for guests. The outdoor pool was deliciously warm and the jaccuzzi was hot. Enjoy your stay.

Large clean rooms, ice big bathrooms. Comfy bed and comfy pull out convertible sofa. There is even a pretty friendly floor. We stayed on a non-pet-floor, but did not realize that the place allowed on other floor. In other words, no smell. Breakfast (included) tends to wrap up early. Even though they list 9.30 closing, they wrap it up by 8.45.
