Tried to get a homeless veteran a room for the night but they wouldn't take my corporate CC over the phone. They said i had to go through Expedia and they could call and get it put through. When I did that then they said they didn't have vacancy. NO, I don't recommend them.

*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER* ONLY PUT ONE START BECAUSE YOU CAN'T POST A COMMENT WITHOUT IT LEAST ONE!!!
My company is in the area doing the disaster cleanup left in the various counties. We were in the area and needed a reasonable hotel. This hotel was cheap and with 3 rooms, I thought okay. I authorized payment and then discovered the next morning that the crews were checking out because the rooms were roach infested and there were bugs everywhere. I contacted the hotel for a refund on the three nights they overcharged because we were only there one night. I received an email that the sales were all final and no refunds would be given because I (the cardholder/company owner) had not called in personally to tell them the crews were checking out. They stated that it was hear say on the account that my crews had checked out, so therefore no refunds would be given. I would not suggest you stay at this hotel not only because of the big infestation but the environment and customer service is the absolute worst I've ever encountered while trying to clean up a disaster area.response / report this review -

Good serviceable low end motel. Pretty awful 'after hours' check in. Other than that no big complaints. Convenient location.

It's very nice especially considering the price. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Only a 6 minute walk to Wal-Mart and about 4 minutes to the convenient store on the same side of the road.

Great clean place and quite. Front desk plp were awesome. The bald guy really helped me out on my room. Strongly recommend.

Older rooms but updated and very clean. Fridge microwave and coffee in room. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Printed our boarding pases and arranged taxi to airport.Will stay here again without a doubt.

Very much a romp hotel. Giving 5 stars because Google offers more credit. If that's not rigged I don't know what is. Anyways it's rated 3 star but I give it a 2. Was in the swinger scene for a bit and it would be a good hotel for a cheap lay. Just enough. Really a 2/5 works for me.

Absolutely no! Room had bed bugs and spiders on the beds! Room had a funky odor and found other people's hair on the bed when we went to uncover the sheets. Just unbelievable! Find a better option!

Stayed overnight before a flight. I found the rooms to be clean and updated. The room was small but not too small. The staff were wonderful. Very accommodating even to the point of carrying my very heavy bag up and down the stairs for me as I was assigned a 2nd floor room. John, with the Scottish accent, was amazing!
The pool area was large and very clean. The little dock and the lake out back was pretty and peaceful.
They do not have an airport shuttle but called me a cab and it only cost $10.00.
I will be staying there again the next time I need to travel out if Sanford again.response / report this review -

Great place to stay and leave car for trip, they offer two weeks free parking during non holiday times as well as the cheapest room rates that I've found.

Nice and clean all around. Comfortable beds; nice shower; wifi works fine; good value if you just need a place to shower and sleep during your trip. And there's an IHOP right next door.

The guest here are loud and nosy about one's business. The location makes it difficult to enter as one has to cross a 4 lane road to enter. The service is okay as are the staff. Overall decent place to stay at.

This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Can’t believe I have to give 1 star to post a review. When I walked into the room I found a dog turd on the floorlovely to pick that up and flush it. I began to wonder just how clean the room was. I was scared to take my shoes off. The linens did not smell fresh and the shower stall was nasty. I would have turned right around if I had not been so tired. Nextthe incredibly noisy guests above me and next door. I called the front desk twice to find out what was going on and both times he said he checked and nothing was going onwas just my imagination. Lastly, the next morningit was 10:45 and housekeeping was knocking at my door. I was on the toilet and could not answer. By the third knock I hollered "What”?? They proceeded to walk right in. What kind of place is this? I complained at check out and the attendant said that he would have the manager call meright. As of yetthree days laterno phone call. Do yourself a favor - pay $35 more and stay at the Best Western across the street.

Arrived late and could not get into the lobby. Had to check in using night window. Room was decent but stuffy and door was hard to open. Good location for an early flight next day. No frills but good for a quick night's sleep before an early day.
