Great experience, good breakfast. All of the employees are very friendly, they even have a pool, the van that took us to the hotel took a while but amazing experience

Wonderful customer service, spacious guest rooms, and a great location. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The bed was comfortable, the giant shower divine, and the big breakfast was always a delight. Even though you are near the airport, we never were bothered with the sounds of the planes. We definitely plan to stay here on our next Orlando trip.

The room was great, just as expected from Hyatt Place! But the breakfast area was atrocious and the staff had basically given up. There were a lot of people, so I can cut some slack, but I literally saw a worker knock over dirty dishes splashing scrambled egg everywhere and just walk away.

Clean but will not come back. Very heavely used. Can see wear and tear. Breakfast was free, but was dried out. Was not replenished after 25 minutes. Garbage was overflowing and not cleaned out while we were waiting for new tray of food. After 30 minutes we just had enough and went on our way. Disappointing after ready all the good reviews.

I stayed on the top (6th) floor in a 2 bed room. It was a great experience. The shuttle was very timely to places (upon request), and the staff was young, fun, and spunky. The manager was very accommodating with changing my reservation (originally reserved through a non-refundable 3rd party). The room was very clean and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I'd recommend this place to anyone coming to the Orlando area and needing to stay close to the airport.

Good hotel for the value. Very active and attentive staff which is straight and to the point with answering questions. Shuttle service from airport. Rooms nice and clean. Would recommend.

Close to airport and 20 miles from Disney great shuttle service in house bar and gym with pool. Staff was great friendly and personal close to park and places to eat. Come to Orlando every year this is the best hotel I have stayed at. Family friendly great place to stay to stay before a cruise.

We arrived at Hyatt Place late on a Thursday. The staff were magnificent with us. We didn't have proper details of our booking but they found it after some searching. They gave us water because it was so hot there. In fact they couldn't have done more to help us. Food was available. Shuttle to the airport runs regularly. The hotel is really nice, clean, etc. Room was excellent clean and spacious. Would recommend here to anyone.

Great service and clean rooms. Lots of amenities. A bit pricey on some menu items and drinks but food is good. Definitely look to stay at Hyatt hotels when I travel.

My preferred spot when traveling to Orlando for business. Friendly staff, great rates and clean rooms. NO SPA is the only downside.

Hotel is great. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and feel like a small apartment. Breakfast is probably the best I've had in a hotel. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

I love how giant the rooms are! My king bed room came with a desk, couch set, and large flat screen TV. The sheets feel nice and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is very nice! They helped send a shuttle to pick me up from the airport.

I liked the spacious layout of the guest rooms and everything was well organized in the guest rooms. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff was friendly and willing to serve you. I wish there were a hot tub in addition to the pool but pool looked nice
